Let President Obama know we dont want to allow this sotry to just fade away with no consequence to Sheikh Issa. Sheikhs from Saudi and elsewhere in the Gulf have had their feet held to the fire numerous times in the past. Two Saudi sheikh/princes were convicted of battery, theft, and kidnapping/false imprisonment in New Jersey in 1991 and deported. Lots of rich, powerful foreigners have been heavily fined, deported, even briefly jailed, even ‘diplomats.’ You can’t figuratively or literally any longer get away with murder because you are attached to an embassy, royal family, and the like as once was common. Seizing some of Issa’s assets could hurt, and either denial of any future visa to him and his entourage in the US would stop part of both his business ventures and his “leisure activities”. So, pressure and publicity does have an effect, and you dont see Sheikhs trashing hotels and resorts in the US, refusing to leave, refusing to pay, slapping female police officers, and the like as was common in the 70’s to early 90’s that’s pressure and public consciousness at work.

The problem could be my ISP or even wordpress, yesterday I got the “discarded” warning most of the time and I guess that when it happens those comments don’t even reach your Akismet filter… some other times I get a message telling me : ” wait 5 minutes and then reload the page” and usually when I reload the page it results in a duplication of the comment….!!!
