Well some concerned parent here in OZ called him because he was worried his child was going to attempt to smuggle drugs. What did Keelty do? He made sure the kids, who were going to bring the drugs into OZ were arrested in Bali. Why didn't he arrest them when they landed in OZ that way making sure they would never be on death row as they are now.
