Back in the 60s liberals were largely non violent protesters of “the mans” intrusion into their lives. The progressives such as billy ayres were the bomb throwers among them. Billy and his crew didn’t like the current “man” they wanted to replace him, with themselves of course. The liberal ideology has been complexly hi jacked by the progressives and the liberals don’t even recognize it. So yes, liberalism must be a mental disorder.

L Wilson, likes to generalize and confuse his opinion with facts, Statistics bear out the fact that conservative are MORE generous and more gregarious than liberals AND happier with thier lives. If anyone appeals to the primitive emotions among us it is the liberal democrats, who in effect create fear then claim they will take care of us since, the inference is, we are too stupid to know how to take care of ourselves.

I have also noticed vis a vis, empirical evidence that liberals tend to pontificate and sneer at their poltical opponents. Can you say hypocrite, L Wilson?

Second, has anyone noticed that the liberal “response” appears to be an emotional knee jerk reaction in lieu of a rational rebuttal? Hm, seem Doc may be onto something ni what he writes.

This is hilarious. Just a few minutes reading the comments on any major news website anywhere in the world will tell you that the opposite is true. Right wing views stem from everything that is most primitive: fear, hatred, suspicion, greed, selfishness. Everything that makes modern human beings civilised – tolerance, respect, co-operation, understanding, empathy, generosity – are hallmarks of left wing thinking. The most ignorant people in any society are almost always right wing. Virtually all violent criminals are right wing. Sociopaths and psychopaths are always right wing. The sooner that this sickness can be properly identified and then bred out of the human genome, the better.

Prohibition on anything just creates a huge black market and a huge black hole sucking down taxpayer money. Wave bye-bye to the Mexican drug cartels if drugs were legal here….even better if they are regulated and taxed as alcohol and cigarettes are. Best way to eliminate supply of anything is to regulate and tax it. Was it Reagan who said, “If it moves, regulate it. If it keeps moving, tax it. If it stops moving, subsidize it.” Makes sense to me.
