Minnesota Joins the List of States Exercising Their 2nd and 10th Amendment Rights
H/T – AZConservative
From David Codrea’s column in the Examiner:
Dear MSSA Friends,
Yet another clone of Montana’s HB 246 has been introduced in Minnesota as HF2376, the “Minnesota Firearm Freedom Act.”
Clones of our HB 246 have now been introduced in Alaska, Texas, Tennessee, South Carolina and Minnesota. Ohio is now added to the list of states said to be considering introducing a clone, bringing that list to: Georgia, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Kansas, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho and Washington.
Curiously, despite the wealth of information on the Internet rumor mill, both South Carolina and Minnesota popped up with introduced bills without any advance warning. I suspect it will happen elsewhere without warning as well. Stay tuned …

If this works, the Commerce Clause could be reeled back in where it always belonged – to prevent the States from taxing each other or otherwise IMPEDING interstate commerce.
If it ever comes, that will be a bright day for American renewal.
Then maybe we look forward to the major (and many minor) established gun companies setting up State-based subsidiaries.
Can you imagine State citizens being able to own a Montana Glock 23, or a Tennessee Glock 23 or a Florida Glock 23?
I have some good video links to Glenn Beck’s special on this here:

These are exciting times. Kind of like the Reagan years on steroids. The last twenty, the decent in to liberal mediocrity have been pretty boring so it’s a welcome change. We have two distinct paths to follow. Theirs…a return to the days of sailing ships, donkey carts, underachievement and sub-medocrity. And ours…a forward looking technology based future of American prosperity.
Some say the USA is dead that our best days have come and gone but I will tell you that we are witnessing a rebirth of American exceptionalism. The last century was one thing this one holds the potential for even greater achievements. All you have to do is…not drink the kool-aid and pour on the fight. The time is now, yes, give me liberty or give me death.
