Bloomberg: Schools Can’t Observe Muslim Holidays

NEW YORK (AP) — New York’s City Council has passed a nonbinding resolution asking the Education Department to observe two important Muslim holidays. But Mayor Michael Bloomberg says the city is so diverse schools can’t observe every holiday.

So Bloomberg stood up against this I guess it’s a small victory. Meanwhile over at the Jawa report they have video of NY dems refusing to stand for the pledge of allegiance. Combine that with Generalissimo Schumer and his alien army and I have to say, would the last patriot to leave NY please take the flag? They can keep their holidays.

Your statement about the last patriot to take the flag reminds me when we lived in the Keys, there was a big billboard in Miami for the last American to please bring the flag….
These muzzies surely are not the students in Tehran being axed in the heart for wanting democracy. And the kenyan/indonesian/pakistani is throwing us towards socialism as fast as he can.

Im sure the muslims will bitch and moan about that… But frankly they can simply pull thier kid out for a holiday and not force others to follow thier particular beleifs.
After all if students in the NY school district cant ceelbrate Christmas and similar holidays why should we be forced to change laws for one group over another.
