I’m originally from MA (Western Ma, which USED to be Conservative back then), and we couldn’t get our tomatoes in until after the 4th of July, ’cause we would sometimes have frost until then.

…a few miles from where I used to live. Note the ice on the rocks. I’ve seen ice like that there in mid June, when air temps were in the upper 70’s.
(just to the left, over the bridge, is a golf course I caddied for when I was a kid. I wasn’t good at it, but it was the first job I had, which meant a lot to me)
Florida’s pretty boring compared to where I grew up, except the politics are a whole LOT more tolerable in Florica.

Yes, I’m in OZ and actually I prefer winter time.
That picture is wonderful! Seeing all that water makes me a bit envious as my state has been in drought for a very long time (and we get 1000 immigrants a week!)
Maybe this year we will get more rain as most of the other states have fuller dams. This, despite the fact that our global warming alarmist, Tim Flannery, predicted most cities would be ghost towns.

That first one was great. If only SCOTUS had the sense and the stones to do what Hodurus did, and send the cocaine snorting Kenyan trailer trash back to the slums of Africa where he belongs.
