Soylent Green is People, I tell you!!!

BTW -With all this talk of Death Panels and Socialized medicine, you just KNEW that someone in Hollywood was going to take another look at Soylent Green.  I just did a search on the net, and sure enough, there is a new Soylent Green movie in pre-production, slated to be released in 2012.  Supposedly, it will pick up where the 1973 movie left off.  Let’s hope and pray it doesn’t end up sucking like “The Day the Earth Stood Ill.”
