A Poem From NotAllDum

Many of our loyal readers will recognize NotAllDum’s name from about a year ago when she was commenting quite heavily on this site.  (On a side note:  She is now a Great-Great Grandmother).  Unfortunately, she no longer has access to the internet and is unable to bless us with her charm and wit on a regular basis.  However, that has not stopped her from writing letters to her Congressmen and Senators via snail mail.   She is quite the activist and frequently sends me copies of the letters she has mailed out to her elected officials.

Recently, I received the following poem from her in my mailbox and thought I would share it with you all:

WHO VOTED FOR THIS GUY ANYWAY?

Who voted for this guy with the infantile brain?
Remember him giving the finger to Hillary and McCain?
Evidently he is ignorant – 34 czars needed to advise him,
He’s turned his back on Christians, favoring Muslim.

His childhood wasn’t spent getting an American education,
So ignores the fact we were founded as a Christian nation.
We American citizens have very good reason
To believe we’ve a leader practicing treason.

He can’t even give a good speech “off his head”
He gets lost and looks blank if his teleprompter goes dead.
When questioned at meetings, are his advisors near,
Feeding him answers through a device in his ear?

He thinks being U.S. President gives him world power,
His ego continues growing bigger, hour by hour.
The short time he’s been in office, it’s plain to see
Why things are so bad in Washington, D.C.

No end to the spending, no end to the debt,
I’m sure we aren’t seeing the worst of it yet.
This liberal administration is sinking us fast,
Now, how long can American freedom last?

Now he’s crying Fox News is a Republican opponent,
He’s sounding more idiotic, moment by moment.
I say to him:  “QUIT YOUR DAMNED BITCHIN’,
LEAVE Washington D.C. if you can’t stand opposition!”

(Or:  “If you can’t take the heat, GET OUT of the kitchen!” )
