While I don’t understand this at all it appears to me to be about more than just free speech. Is the court saying that what he said was untrue or is the court saying that what he said caused disharmony? If they are saying the latter as it appears that they are the court is attempting to hold Geert responsible for other peoples reactions. If I were the lawyer I would make the trial about the validity of my statement not the reaction as a result of that statement.
