Muzzies Denounce Mayor for Saying Lancaster CA is ‘Growing a Christian Community’
Oh, I can guaran-darn-tee you that if the mayor had said Lancaster is growing a Muslim community, you wouldn’t have heard jack about it:
Mayor denounced for saying Lancaster is ‘growing a Christian community’
January 31, 2010 | LA Times
Lancaster Mayor R. Rex Parris drew criticism from a leading Muslim group today after saying in his annual State of the City address that the high desert town was “growing a Christian community.”
“We’re growing a Christian community, and don’t let anybody shy away from that,” Parris told the audience of ministers gathered for his address.
“I need [Lancaster residents] standing up and saying we’re a Christian community, and we’re proud of that,” the mayor said.
The Greater Los Angeles area office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations denounced the statement and said it plans to file a complaint about the mayor’s remarks with the civil rights division of the U.S. Justice Department.
“Elected officials should not use their public positions to impose their religious beliefs on others,” said Hussam Ayloush, executive director of the Los Angeles chapter of CAIR.
[Yeah, right. Whatever. Statements of perceived realities are not an imposition of faith; like when Obama said that America was not a Christian nation. I don't recall CAIR getting their panties knotted up over that...]
The mayor, reached by telephone today, said his remarks did not intend to impose his faith on others, and he said he would make no apology.
“This is just about very few people wanting to get their 15 minutes of fame,” he said. “I guess they got it.”

This is the second “hit” on the small community of Lancaster this week. Maybe the Muzzies are trying to soften up the government there so they can set up a desert jihad training camp. Readers should take the time to write members of the Lancaster city council and encourage them to stand their ground. Saying Lancaster is a Christian community is no more advocating a religion than for Persia to call itself an “Islamic Republic.” Go pound some Lancaster sand.

I guess CAIR is in need of new publicity. Of course they dont want the media to be aware of islams censorship and destruction of Christian communbities under Islamic theocratic Governments.
You’d think that if CAIRs leadership think Christianity in America is offensive they’d leave with the rest of thier jihadist supports.

I’d just insert diablocratic instead of theocratic

allah and its false prophet had no problems imposing their “religious beliefs” on others:
“Make war on [unbelievers] until idolatry is no more and [allah's protection racket] reigns supreme.”

US Constitution, Article VI – This Constitution and the laws of the United States which shall be made under it shall be the supreme law of the land, and judges in every state shall be bound by them.
Sharia Law (Reliance of the Traveler, A1.1) — The source of legal rulings for all acts of those who are morally responsible is Allah.

Maybe the people of Lancaster are worried that a nine year old in a bikini might set the tolerant and peaceful muslims off. Maybe they don’t want that in their community. Maybe they don’t want to end up like every other place where muslims reside. Maybe they care about their wives kids and countrymen more than they care about the demanding muslims who really should not be here anyway.
The fact is muslims can’t live in the USA without special treatment. Christians Jews Hindus and Bhuddists have no problem in spite of the constant attacks but muslims do. The truth is a majority of Americans not only don’t trust muslims but they don’t want to be anywhere near them either. Its hard though because islam is the stalker religion.

Since when is making a statement an impositon of belief on others and if the majority is Christian and proud of it, so what? These guys have an agenda, make no mistake about that. They need to grow a tougher skin, but then they have discovered they can use our own legal system against us.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Sounds like freedom of religion, not freedom from religion. Just so you understand, I really don’t have a dog in this fight other that what is written in the Constitution. I’m a Born Again Agnostic. The 1st A. also guarantees your lack of religion should you so prefer.
Religious officials should not use their public positions to impose their religious beliefs on others or stifle the beliefs of others through litigation or other means.
