Muslim pedophile tells judge boy’s murder was an accident

DUBAI // The Emirati fishing boat captain sentenced to death last month for raping and murdering a four-year-old boy in a mosque has told an appeals court judge he did not intend to kill the boy.
-Rape is as common in islamic countries as anywhere else, what is uncommon is prosecution, conviction and punishment.

During his first appearance at the Dubai Court of Appeals yesterday, Rashid al Rashidi, 30, told the court that he did homosexually assault the boy and kill him, but unintentionally.
-Sex with minor male children is also common in islam but homosexuality is considered a major sin. As long as the sex is limited to children no harm no foul. The pedophile mohammed participated in this disgusting tradition and although he did condemn male on male relationships he did so only between two adults.
He had pleaded guilty to premeditation in the lower Court of First Instance, but upon sentencing the presiding judge, Fahmy Mounir Fahmy, dropped the premeditation charge.

“For premeditation to be established, a prior opportunity has to be present where the defendant would have to think, plan and consider his options,” said the lower court judges upon reading al Rashidi’s judgment on January 27. “In this case the court sees no evidence supporting that.”

Al Rashidi became the 43rd person to receive the death sentence in Dubai since 1993.

Surrounded by 12 security guards, al Rashidi appeared in court handcuffed and wearing white death row coveralls with a red stripe across his chest.

He told the court he had no legal representation, so the judge postponed the hearing until Sunday, when court-appointed legal representation could be present.
