Hey, Illegal Aliens and Commies! Learn to Spell!

Wow!  Swastikas and a spelling error…all on the same banner!  Where’s Nancy “the Skeksi” Pelosi now?

(I came across this photo while reading an LA Daily News fluff piece on the Communist May Day “save an illegal alien slave for the Democrats” protest HERE)

If you click on the link, be sure to take note of how the LA Daily News goes out of its way to avoid using the term “protester” except when talking about the counter-demonstrators (who are probably Tea Partiers).   Also, you will note that at least one individual was arrested for vandalism and another for being drunk in public, yet the LA media continues to call the protest, err, rally, “peaceful.”

P.S. – Yes, I know that “boicott” is the Spanish spelling, but this is the United States of America.  We speak and spell in English around here.

Whats this? Are these people saying that a particular race is responsible for our illegal immigration problem? Isn’t that a bit racist?

    • tgusa Says:

If you support an immigration law that is half as tough as Mexico you are a nazi. Ok, so I’m a nazi, now what?

      • Good point!

I seem to recall that if you are caught in Mexico without your papers, it’s a felony that carries a punishment of up to 2 years in prison. If you are caught a second time, it’s 10-years in the slammer!

Here, we are such the Nazis that we actually repatriate the little buggers back to their home countries…

        Cheers

“We speak and spell in English around here.”
Actually, Americans speak a diverse number of languages, from Italian, to German to Japanese, to Cajun. Broaden your horizons guy, learn a different language and quit living in so much fear.

    • See? Now you’re just being an idiot. Long time readers of this website know that I speak and write many languages.

But, that is neither here nor there. This IS America. English IS the official language of America. Get over it.

Obviously, you didn’t get the memo for the May Day protests:

Over a hundred rallies are planned on May 1, 2010 to protest racist and xenophobic policies in Arizona against immigrants and Brown people. Also to support a comprehensive Immigration reform.

Please leave your foreign flag at home, and when you rally try to use English only. We need to reach out to those who are skeptical of an immigration reform.

Let’s show pride for the good things the U.S. has offered us as immigrants.

This should not even be an issue, the people voted. No one outside of Arizona gets a vote. The left always cries race when the vote does not go their way but it is time to learn what living in a democracy means. They are all free to move any time they want.

Really? You’re going to criticize protesters for (correct spanish) spelling and the use of a swastika? Have you looked at some of the tea party protest signs recently?

Because apparently a lot of them don’t speak and spell English here.

    • Damn right I am. They were told not to use any Spanish by their masters.

As for the swastika, damn right I am. You can blame Nancy Pelosi for that.

      Cheers

Ok, so when members of movements that you personally support do it, it’s a-ok, but for anyone else does it, then it’s a huge deal.

Now I’m no expert, but that sounds an awful lot like hypocrisy to me.

Also, english is not America’s official language. That’s not debatable, it’s just fact.

        • “Ok, so when members of movements that you personally support do it, it’s a-ok, but for anyone else does it, then it’s a huge deal.”

What the hell are you talking about? See? There’s your problem right there; you haven’t a clue as to when I’m being sarcastic and when I’m not.

Also, yeah, technically, you are correct. English is no longer the “official language of the United States” because of an Amendment to that Amendment in the same immigration bill. You can thank the DemonRats for that.

However, I didn’t feel like typing out, “the Common and Unifying Language of America,” just to appease Butthole Surfers like you.

          Cheers
