Racist Eric Holder to Consider Federal Prosecution of BART Cop
In case you haven’t been following this story, a Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Cop shot a man who was resisting arrest. The BART Cop claims that he thought he had fired his TASER, when in fact, he had erroneously pulled out his gun and fired it into the back of the man resisting arrest. The LA jury sided with the BART Cop and convicted him of the lesser 2nd degree murder charge. Predictably, the residents of Oakland, California chose to riot.
Of course—having lived in Oakland, California—I can assure that no matter what the verdict was, the idiots in Oakland would have rioted, anyway. It’s part of that Black Liberation, “cracker still owes us for slavery,” mentality.
Now, Eric Holder, who won’t prosecute racist New Black Panther Party members in a case of outright voter intimidation, has decided to throw his hat into the ring concerning the BART Cop case:

LOS ANGELES — The U.S. Department of Justice will conduct an independent review of the Johannes Mehserle case in order to determine whether or not the shooting merits federal prosecution, according the department.
“The Justice Department has been closely monitoring the state’s investigation and prosecution,” the department said in a statement.
“The Civil Rights Division, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and the FBI have an open investigation into the fatal shooting and, at the conclusion of the state’s prosecution, will conduct an independent review of the facts and circumstances to determine whether the evidence warrants federal prosecution.”
Congresswoman Barbara Lee, D-Oakland, said she has been in touch with the justice department.
“I remain in close contact with the Department of Justice and will continue to work with them, the family and the community in the days ahead,” she said in a statement.
The statement also addressed local reactions to the Mehserle verdict.
“Understandably there is grave concern in the community,” Lee said. “However, during this time our city must come together peacefully so that we can begin to heal.”
Lee said she stands with Oakland Mayor Ron Dellums, the City Council and community leaders in supporting people who want to express themselves.
Gee, that’s odd. Barbara Lee doesn’t like Tea Partiers peacefully assembling and expressing themselves, but she supports violent and racist punks tearing up her town. Go figure…

Well, the two sides in all of this, the authorities and the lefturds…deserve each other. Be careful what you ask for cause you just might get it…they have. All I want is for them to keep to themselves. Its just not worth the risks, trying to get along with them in a civilized, equal and lawful manner. Conservatives should, just say no, you know, just like they call us the people of no. Let em scrape the bottom of the barrel trying to find juries among each other. Let em discriminate against each other, hate each other, burn their towns down, kill each other, thats their own problem.
They tried to label us all racists and now many of us just don’t give a damn about them and anything that concerns or bothers them…period. Suck it up lefturds, this is your Utopia. Wassa matta, not what you thought it was going to be? Drats!

The message is, in the lefturd black community if your trial doesn’t end up the way they want it to end up well, A, they will mob up and destroy your business (unless its black owned and you put up a sign saying so) and then B, they will come after you again.
This Barbra Lee should be sued for injecting herself into another citizens rightful trial by jury, her property confiscated and then redistributed to victims of American politicians and appointed affirmative action hacks. The cops first mistake was taking a job among these lefturds, he really shoulda known better.
Or we could do this, American Thinker; Just say ok to lefturds. Its the neighborly thing to do after all.

I believe, based on what I’ve seen that he was intentionally murdered. The lawyer for Oscar Grant said that at least some justice was finally forth coming, as this I believe was the first of its kind. Two to four years in prison, he should have gotten 20.

You might be right. However, this was a liberal area patrolled by cops who were hired by other liberals. That is how we end up with a cop who (accidentally) pulls his gun instead of his taser. I can’t remember the last time anyone was shot in the back by a cop in a conservative area in Ca. That might be because we demand a higher standard, after all, we are mostly well behaved law abiding people here. We deserve that, we demand it.
What does Jerry Brown, the Mayor of Oakland and dem candidate for Guvner have to say about this?

i watched the video as it was recorded,and as far as i can see of it the man on the floor was not resisting or fighting.and as for the defense of pulling the wrong weapon,this will not fly.because these people know where there sidearms are.and a taser dosnt have the wight of a gun.lets be fair about this and dont be an eric holder.
