12-Year-Old Bully Charged With Hate Crime Against Muslim
Hey, I’m not excusing the boy’s heinous behavior—he’s obviously lacking parental control—but a “hate crime?” C’mon, give me a friggin’ break! What a load of carp!
Now, because of some whiny muzzie playing the victim card, the FBI gets involved, the U.S. Department of justice gets involved, you name it, they all get involved. And for what? To waste a bunch of taxpayer money going after some little brat who needs a serious spanking?
This is just ridiculous. After all, when you get right down to it, all crimes directed at individuals are hate crimes. So, why should any one person get special privileges just because of their race, religion, or sexual preference?

A 12-year-old Staten Island boy was charged with felony assault as a hate crime for attempting to rip a religious head scarf off the head of a classmate on Wednesday, sources said.
Osman Daramy attacked the female student outside the Berta Dreyfus Intermediate School in Stapleton about 1 p.m., the sources said.
Osman allegedly punched and kicked the girl before trying to grab the scarf wrapped around her head, sources said. He was unable to remove the hijab during the tussle.
Cops also charged the hellbent schoolboy with aggravated harassment.
Sources said it was not the first time the boy had targeted the young victim and that he has harassed her at least four times in recent months. He was in trouble on Monday after he cut a chunk of hair off another female classmate’s head, sources said.

Too bad the other bullied female wasn’t a black lesbian, then she could get special rights and privileges, too! Heck, Eric Holder would probably jump at the chance to personally prosecute such a case on behalf of his “people.”

The kid needs to be slapped and hard, he is a moron. This is a joke though, he is moslim so how is it a hate crime? Also why did they release the kids name? I thought they didn’t release the names of juveniles. How do they release the name of the kid and what he did, charge him with a hate crime and forget to mention he is a moslim too? Wait, wait never mind I know why they missed the last one, they are trying to tell a story about hate crimes even if one didn’t happen. Kind of like the angry white supremacist with a gun at the Obama rally that turned out to be a black guy and it had nothing to do with race. Because they have a message to send and facts be damned.

According to sharia, he did the right thing. She did not have a male relative in the room, so he punished her. Bottom line is he is a male, no muslim can take her side.

Bullies are a fact of life and rarely a hate crime. I am betting when Doc’s super friends lunch box was taken he didn’t whine about religion.
