US District Judge Orders Missouri School District to Allow Students Access to Rump-Rider and Carpet-Muncher Porn Sites

Yet another reason why Mrs. Bulldog and I homeschool our daughter.

You know, if you or I allowed our underage children access to porn, we’d be gettin’ a knock from the Department of Family Services and probably end up on a sexual predator list somewhere.  B-u-u-u-u-u-t, when libtarded judges and activist queers are involved, it’s suddenly somehow alright and appropriate…  Just saying:

Judge rules school must allow access to sexually explicit LGBT sites
Posted by Jack Minor • March 14, 2012 – Greeley Gazette

A federal judge has ordered a Missouri school district to unblock its web filters and give students access to sexually explicit material by the middle of March.

A US District Judge issued a preliminary junction against the Camdenton R – III School District banning them from using filtering software. The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit against the district claiming it was deliberately restricting access to homosexual themed sites, while allowing students to view what it claims are “anti-LG BT sites that condemn homosexuality.”

In issuing its ruling, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri said the district’s custom filtering system “systematically allows access to websites expressing a negative viewpoint toward LGBT individuals by categorizing them as ‘religion,’ but filters out positive viewpoints toward LGBT issues by categorizing them as ‘sexuality.”

Joe Ortwerth, executive director of the Missouri Family Policy Council, says, “When you consider that there’s a federal law on the books that obligates school districts to ensure that their computers do not allow access to materials that might be pornographic for minors, this judge’s action — considering that — is pretty shocking.”

The ACLU’s website  claims that schools cannot block LGBT sites claiming that to do so is a violation of the First Amendment. “Programs that block all LGBT content violate First Amendment rights to free speech, as well as the Equal Access Act, which requires equal access to school resources for all extracurricular clubs, including gay-straight alliances and LGBT support groups.”

Among the sites the ACLU says students have a right to view is the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network. The site provides a link to “It Gets Better” which is a program advocating the homosexual lifestyle founded by Dan Savage, a “gay” sex columnist.

Savage is known for his vulgar and raunchy columns. He was also responsible for “bullying” Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum by creating a “Google bomb” that attached a vile sex term to the candidate’s name.

Savage has engaged in other hateful comments such as saying on Bill Maher’s television show, “I wish all Republicans were f***ing dead.” And has  said on HBO that he wanted to rape Santorum.

The ACLU disputes that it is advocating students be allowed to view pornographic material, however, by disabling the filters in order for students to view “safe sites” sexually explicit sites will be permitted as well.

The Alliance Defense Fund, which filed a friend of the court brief on behalf of the school, noted that the “sexuality” filter blocks access to over 8,200 websites of which 7,800 would not be blocked by using the “adult” or “porn” filters and that many of the 7,800 sites contain sexually explicit materials.

The brief provided examples of specific sites that would not be blocked by the filter that provided access to pornographic images and pictures.

    2 Chronicles 19:4-7
Jehoshaphat appointed judges throughout the nation in all the fortified towns and warned them:
“Always think carefully before pronouncing judgment. Remember that you do not judge to please people but to please the LORD. He will be with you when you render the verdict in each case. Fear the LORD and judge with integrity, for the LORD our God does not tolerate perverted justice, partiality, or the taking of bribes.”

        Its amazing isn’t it?
This stuff proves that God has not abandoned us. We have already been given the ammunition that we will need because, you see, he knows our thoughts.

Be advised. Once you have him pegged the devil will give you a change up. Need proof, just examine the 60s anti authoritarian movement that was hijacked by a minority drug culture/militant bomb planting haters. And where are these hijackers now? They have become the authoritarians, gone over to the dark side and such.

I have been passing this video around and people are shocked and amazed.

How things have changed. Here’s a short story for a rainy Saturday. Way back when, the 70s, In what seems like a time out of some Hollywood fantasy, 7th grade, I signed up for Wood Shop class. On the first day we all walked in to class the central part of the room was a big round hand-washing fountain that had a metal foot bar just off the floor that you would step on to wash your hands. Well, we are all standing there listening to the teacher, Mr. Souza who was, really, there were guys in class bigger than Mr. Souza.

But anyway the teacher is giving us a 1st day lecture and one guy, we all knew each other although we may not have hung out together, but this guy, Rick makes some smart arse remark and Mr. Souza stops talking and walks over to him and grabs him by the back of the back of the neck and stuffs his head under the fountain as he steps on the bar. It was painless although highly embarrassing as we all laughed as hard as we ever had at school.

Now it didn’t take long for the word to spread that Mr. Souza was a very dangerous man and one not to be messed with as he might go off on you, It was a life lesson I and most of my former classmates have never forgotten. Sthu when its time to sthu. Now if you thought Mr. Souza was dangerous you would not have dared messing with the Metal Shop teacher, a man who after taking off the Metal shop overalls could have stepped right into any Hell Angel movie and be the biggest and meanest looking guy. Metal shop was hard to get into as everyone wanted to take a class where you were allowed to make weapons and bring them home as presents for your dad. My first project was to make a two pound chisel, others made all metal hammers, can you imagine?

With many of the youth today you just cant have shop, someone might get their head stuck under the foot bar of the fountain or beat someone to death with the chisel. Its not that in many cases we have violent or stupid youth today, we have violent and stupid youth, today, in many cases.

Of course by 10th grade these numbskulls had chucked Mr. Souza and replaced him with golf carts that they drove around campus trying to nail someone for some newly created infraction. It was the beginning of the abomination that we have now. Needless to say it wasn’t too long before shop had to be abandoned not because shop was dangerous but because the leadership had become dangerous and with that the kids too. The trouble is there are no men of character in the schools now, none. They cannot be trusted to administer justice.

When Mr. Souza did what he did, if he had shown anger we may have thought, he lost his temper, if he had laughed with us we may have thought, he’s a bit deranged. But he didn’t do either. I would describe his behavior as systematic, absolutely no change in expression at all, you just knew that that was the way he rolled. And that was all there was to it. You see, Mr. Souza could be trusted because he was a stable and fair man. My how things have changed.

Gonzo’s shop class analogy – wow, I’m wondering if we were in the same shop class? We actually weren’t but I have similar stories and he’s right, you had teachers you just didn’t mess with and others who didn’t really leave an impression on me. The tough ones though, wow, after more than 35+ years I still remember their names and can see their faces. Chuck Thomas was my shop teacher, he created a hall pass that was a 1-gallon steel bucket filled with reinforced concrete with a screw eye bolt going through it and a 3/8″ chain 6 feet long with the key to the boys room welded to the end. You had to lug that thing around if you wanted to go to the bathroom. Funny thing was, no one ever did, we just took care of business before class or “pinch it” as he’d say. Life lessons? Aye!

        • Gonzo Says:

Of course there was discipline in shop class back then. There were many industrial machines that could do great damage to fleshy humans if you don’t respect them. So, a shop teacher would have to maintain discipline and respect to keep kids from really getting hurt.
I suspect that those schools which no longer have shop are those that bow to liberal pressure that no one is allowed to administer discipline to a child. Since there is no longer discipline and respect, then the industrial machines would have to be removed next to prevent the obvious level of carnage that will result from kids with attitudes doing with them what they dm well please.

Ours slowly went as a result of expense occurred through knuckle head policy. We lost ours here because some were stealing or destroying theirs there. We were looted, from afar. This is what happens when everyone is treated exactly the same even when they are obviously behaving in a completely different way. The schools simply cannot afford shop or band, what with all the new showers they want to build. Funny thing is, after visiting one of these places you feel like you need a shower. We still have some of this stuff but we have to pay extra while others don’t. Its called generational theft of our kids opportunities, I think someone hates us.
If I thought I could get away with it…meh, nevermind.

          • tgusa Says:

Therefore I conducted by own shop at home, we had wood shop, metal shop, auto, ag, a little bit of band among many other things. I homeschooled my kids in everything that the schools could no longer provide. I have never been one to sit by and do exactly what I am told, my dad used to say, that will cause you some trouble son, it has, but its been worth it. I don’t mind a reasonable amount of trouble.

WWI, Americans were told (by progressives) thatwe were making the world safe for democracy.
WWII, we were told we were ridding the world of ancient evils.

But how could we still have ancient evils in a world safe for democracy?

Not long following VE and VJ days there came another evil in Korea.

And today, these same people, these designers, these haters, will point their fingers at us and say, Home Grown terror, as if we had a say in any of it.

This is not just modern frustration but almost a century of frustration building up generation after generation. Exactly what will culminate from that buildup is yet unknown.

It’s just more moral decay, destroying the USA.
