Sorry for not posting anything, lately.
In Obama’s new economy, I’m having to work two jobs in order to make ends meet. Hence, with family and work, I don’t have much time, nor the energy, to post regularly. And, to make matters worse, Ronin is out of the country on assignment for another month or two.
However, I will attempt to get some posts out this week.

Considering that Jury Nullification allows a jury to vote their conscience and override ANY judge and/or law they wish, I foresee some major problems with this in the future should it become law:

Assemblyman Bob Wieckowski, D-Fremont, said his bill, AB1401, would help California widen the pool of prospective jurors and help integrate immigrants into the community.

Democratic lawmakers who voted for the bill said there is no correlation between being a citizen and a juror, and they noted that there is no citizenship requirement to be an attorney or a judge. Republican lawmakers who opposed Wieckowski’s bill called it misguided and premature.

Saudi Connection to Boston Bombing?

Questions remain about whether there is a Saudi connection to the Boston Marathon bombing last week and if the Obama administration has been interfering in the investigation of the Islamic terrorist attack.
These questions take on greater urgency as Islamic terrorist organizations continue preparing attacks. Canadian authorities yesterday upended an ambitious terrorist plot that could have killed hundreds of Americans and Canadians.
In the spotlight is Saudi visa student Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi (also spelled al-Harbi) who was injured in the marathon bombing blast and was initially considered a suspect in the deadly terrorist attack that killed three bystanders and hospitalized close to 200 others. There is a prominent Alharbi clan in Saudi Arabia. Many individuals with the surname Alharbi are reportedly active in al-Qaeda.
Glenn Beck’s news website, The Blaze, reported yesterday that Alharbi was placed on the “no-fly” list as a potential terrorist after he was detained by federal authorities last week. A Department of Homeland Security source said the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s National Targeting Center (NTC) created an “event” file on Alharbi under section 212 (3b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the part of the federal statute that deals with aliens involved in terrorism. The file is important enough that it has reportedly been read by members of Congress.
“The burden of proof required to file a 3B [report] is significant, according to sources familiar with law enforcement protocols,” the article indicated. Media reports last week indicated that the U.S. was planning to deport Alharbi.
But it is not at all clear what caused officials to flag the young Saudi as a possible terrorist in the first place. Media reports indicated that when Alharbi was hospitalized after being injured in the blast eight days ago, the government called him a “suspect,” but soon watered down that description, calling him a “person of interest,” and eventually a mere “witness.”
Beck said the FBI began backtracking on Alharbi’s status after Secretary of State John Kerry met with Saudi foreign minister Saud al-Faisal last Tuesday. The next day President Obama met with the foreign minister and Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the U.S., Adel al-Jubeir.
“Wednesday at 5:35 p.m. the file is altered,” Beck said. “This is unheard of, this is impossible in the timeline due to the severity of the charge … You don’t one day put a 212 (3b) charge against somebody with deportation, and then the next day take it off.” He continued:
There are only two people that could revoke the deportation order — the director of the NTC could do it after speaking with each department … which is impossible to do in such a short period of time — or somebody at the very highest levels of the State Department could do it. We don’t have any evidence to tell you which one did it.
Well, I was listening to the Cambridge MA police scanner tonight to catch up on the MIT shooting when I heard an interesting communication about two “middle eastern” men who had carjacked and kidnapped a male victim at gunpoint. Considering that I’ve honed in on Islamists being behind the Boston Marathon bombing, this peaked my curiosity, so I kept the scanner on.
Boy, am I glad I did!
After a while, the police spotting the suspects and gave chase. The suspects got pinned in in Watertown and fled their stolen vehicle. Shots were fired, explosions were going off, it was crazy! One officer appears to have been run over by his partner, or something. It was hard to decipher the codes.
One of the perps is in police custody, now. Another one seems to have gotten away. FBI is all over the place!
THESE ARE THE BOMBERS! NO DOUBT!
I’m sitting here happy as a clam knowing that I know something 99.99% of America doesn’t know, yet!
I wonder how long it will be before the Lame Stream Media finally finds out about this!
UPDATE: I just saw some pictures on Twitter of one of the perps being apprehended. He doesn’t look Middle Eastern, but don’t let the looks fool ya’ and don’t let the MSM mislead you; the guy who was kidnapped by them definitely described them as Middle Easterners. And, that’s the way the All Points Bulletin went out over the police radios. I personally heard the initial report and all subsequent reports, thereafter.
However, as I’m typing this and listening to the scanner, the police are describing one of the perps as a “white male.” I haven’t heard a description of the other perp who is presumed still at large. Also, the police are setting up command posts in Watertown and in Cambridge, near MIT. It’s possible that they believe there are others still on the loose.
UPDATE #2: Just had someone send me a screen grab that they claim is of the perp who’s in custody. I don’t know what the heck is going on, but this doesn’t look like the same “white guy” in the earlier photos I saw being passed around on Twitter:
Certainly rules out the Lone Nutjob theory along with the racist Right Winger theory.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, does anyone else find it suspicious that the “Saudi National” suspect/non-suspect is getting deported immediately for national security reasons. And, that Obama had a confidential, unscheduled meeting with prince Al-Faisal, yesterday?
Very odd.
Shades of GW Bush meeting with the Saudis right after 9-11-01…
Let’s look at it logically:
Both types of extreme Right Wingers and Left Wingers target institutions and individuals.
These bombings targeting nothing but random crowds of people at a marathon.
Ergo, the likely-hood that the perpetrator (or perpetrators) belongs to one of the aforementioned groups is highly doubtful. Not impossible, but doubtful.
This leaves us with just two more high probability possibilities:
1) A psychotic nutjob
2) A Muzzy-headed Islamist
A psychotic “nutjob,” with only a couple of exceptions, prefers using guns and actually participating in the carnage, i.e., first shooter action.
Muzzy-headed Islamists, on the other hand, just loves them some pressurized cooker bombs!:

I’m going out on a limb and gonna’ just take a wild stab at this: 1) It’s NOT a gas explosion, the smoke was too white, and, 2) it’s most likely NOT a TeaPartier. So, I’m thinking it’s another Muzzy-headed follower of Muhammad.

Investigators have a suspect — a Saudi Arabian national — in the horrific Boston Marathon bombings, The Post has learned.
Law enforcement sources said the 20-year-old suspect was under guard at an undisclosed Boston hospital.
It was not immediately clear why the man was hospitalized and whether he was injured in the attack or in his apprehension.
The man was caught less than two hours after the 2:50 p.m. bombing on the finish line of the race, in the heart of Boston.
In addition, Boston police have has surveillance video of someone bringing multiple backpacks to blast site, according to CBS News.
Police also confirmed that there was a third explosion, at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. It was not immediately clear how much damage was done or whether it was related to the bombings at the marathon finish line.
The library bombing occurred about 4:30 p.m. and more than a mile from the marathon.
A law enforcement source confirmed to The Post that 12 people were killed and nearly 50 were injured in today’s blast.

I have just a few questions that I need answered to my satisfaction before I consider signing your petition in support of Federal background checks and magazine restrictions:
For the life of me, I am stumped as to how more background checks and restrictions on magazine capacities would have hindered Adam Lanza (or any future incarnations) from perpetrating such a horrific atrocity.
Please kindly explain to me how any of this would have actually stopped the Sandy Hook massacre?
Also, please explain to me how this does not fall under the “shall NOT infringe” clause specified in the 2nd Amendment?
On a state level, I am already forced to waive my 2nd Amendment rights and submit to a background check before purchasing a gun. Now, the Federal government wants to get into the game. That sounds like a VERY bad idea to me.
Have you recently tried getting ANYTHING done through our Federal government? I, personally, have dealt with our Federal government on numerous occasions. To say the very least, they are an over-bloated bureaucracy of inefficiency, a labyrinth of red tape, an egregious conglomeration of soulless pencil pushers, and, undeniably, they are perpetually guilty of seriously momentous mistakes that affect innocent individuals on a daily basis.
Case in point: Have you seen the ataxic nightmare that is the “No-Fly List?” For such a simple concept–a list of known terrorists who aren’t allowed to fly on commercial aircraft–it is rife with errors and governmental abuses affecting thousands of law-abiding citizens that don’t even know what a “jihad” is, much less elderly individuals who couldn’t be of any threat to even a baby.
Please explain to me how the Federal government is going to somehow, magically avoid creating the same hellish nightmare with a Federal “No-Guns List,” which, logically and naturally, will have to be implemented in order to prevent certain high-risk individuals from obtaining weapons? Who will be in charge of such a list? Who will decide who, or what groups of individuals will be on such a list? What legal recourse will an individual have if they feel they have been unjustly denied a hunting rifle?
Considering that yet another faceless, tumescent Federal entity will, no doubt, be presiding over who will and who will not be on a No-Guns List without the accused ever having a chance to confront his or her accusers, aren’t our 6th Amendment rights in danger of being trashed, also?
Finally, what actual assurances do we, as Americans, have that a future, tyrannical government (be it Left wing or Right wing) will not use this gun registration database as a road map in which to confiscate our rifles? The answer, “That will never happen; you are just being paranoid,” is not a sufficient enough answer given historical reality.
These are just but a few serious questions which I, and many others have.
If I do not hear back from you, or your arguments rely purely on tumid emotions without making any logical sense, please be advised that I will NOT be signing your little petition and you may feel more than free to drop me from your already invasive mailing list.
