ACORN Stinger, James O’Keefe, Strikes Again: Nails NPR Executive – Rants Against Christians and Tea Partiers

Oh, this one is particularly juicy in that, just yesterday, NPR’s Vivian Schiller was trying to convince everyone that NPR was not a particularly biased in any one direction or other and anything to the contrary was merely a “perception issue” with their listeners.

Yeah, we all knew it was a bunch of BS when she said it, which is why I suspect James O’Keefe decided now was the time to release this undercover video in which he sets up NPR’s Senior Executive, Ron Schiller, by convincing him that he is talking with members of the Muslim Brotherhood:

The current Republican Party, particularly the Tea Party, is fanatically involved in people’s personal lives and very fundamental Christian – I wouldn’t even call it Christian. It’s this weird evangelical kind of move.” […] “Tea Party people” aren’t “just Islamaphobic, but really xenophobic, I mean basically they are, they believe in sort of white, middle-America gun-toting. I mean, it’s scary. They’re seriously racist, racist people.” – Ron Schiller  – NPR’s Senior Executive

I’m sure it’s all just a perception problem…  /sarc

UPDATE:  NPR jumps into hyper-CYA-drive and immediately releases the following statement:

“The fraudulent organization represented in this video repeatedly pressed us to accept a $5 million check, with no strings attached, which we repeatedly refused to accept.

“We are appalled by the comments made by Ron Schiller in the video, which are contrary to what NPR stands for.

“Mr. Schiller announced last week that he is leaving NPR for another job.”

“Appalled,” you say?  Really? Yeah, sure you are…

I’m not surpised by that liberals comments. After all its thier way of hiding all thier own skeletons.

Liberal haters would have accepted an invitation to dinner from Jeff Dalmer. I’d have been happy to contribute the tip.

  3. Big Frank Says:

Another very good expose on the elitist liberals who think that ‘We The People’ are incapable of governing, caring for, or running our own lives. These pompous blowhards think that they and only they can deliver the ‘truth’ to us via NPR, National Propagandist Radio, the best friend that the Commies and the left ever had in the USA.

  4. tgusa Says:

    Liberals always say, we’re smart!
Really smart! If you have to keep saying it, its probably not true.

    Awwww poor baby… Can’t handle the fires….

    • LOL! What goes around comes around, my friend!

It’s kind of funny that Vivian Schiller wasn’t the one who got caught railing against Christians and the Tea Partiers, yet she’s the one who got hit by NPR’s board of directors. I guess someone had to fall on the sword of Lefturd Martyrdom and it was Vivian’s number that came up. Well, considering that NPR’s previous president received a severance package worth $1.22 million when he got fired, I’m sure Vivian won’t end up on the streets like the rest of us when we get fired. Nope. I’m not going to lose any sleep worrying about an overpaid Lefturd like Vivian.

      Cheers

This is an all out effort to make us believe that the rest of them don’t feel exactly the same way. She will probably be offered a job with health and human services, or maybe not, not that that has been mentioned. Freedom of speech, the life blood of our Republic. Of course you must use it with careful consideration, otherwise people might discover who and what you are.

Boy, they really fall into it big, don’t they? It’s just too easy! I would have thought that those ACORN videos would have taught them to be cautious at the very least, but then again, Muslims are to be received with the utmost respect by liberals. Go figure. Defund them now! (It would be a great idea to put that money into drilling in the US, btw…just sayin’.)

    • Ben Says:

This blog is pretty funny I think I might come here more often.

Well I am going to guess that you are a Republican…or that so called Tea Party Movement. The thing is that not only defunding NPR would save millions of dollars. Yea I suppose millions of dollars is a lot of money but look at it this way. The Republicans, including the cutting of NPR would be decrease spending by 61 Billion dollars. That there is a lot more than most Americans would dream of.

You got to look at it in the big picture though.

The US spends trillions of year on the budget. And the deficit for this year is looking around to be 1.6 trillion dollars that will be added to the national debt.

Either side, Democrats and Republicans are not working together. They bicker and they fight. With how this bipartisan government is working out, it will be seemingly a while before we, and if we get out of this recession.

Neither side are willing to take drastic cuts to farm subsidies, military spending (because it is necessary to have a military base in Germany 60 years after WWII ended) and energy subsidies. These alone would total up to be substantially more than what both sides are suggesting.

      • Leatherneck Says:

Ben, you don’t know anyone here, but you class everyone together.

The governemnt should not spend anymore than they bring in. Government shouldn’t grow, nor the government plantation, and I agree about the military bases overseas to a point.

  7. Steve Says:

Ben …you are mostly correct, both sides dither and fart around and dont accomplish much, except kicking that can down the road some more. But, Dems are far less likely to endorse any cut in social programs than Repubs.
