New Documents Prove Eric Holder Guilty of Perjury! – Lied To Congress About When He First Heard About ‘Fast & Furious’

First, let’s review what Eric Holder told Congress on May 3, 2011 concerning when he first knew about Operation Fast and Furious:

Since Eric Holder is the United States Attorney General, I am positive that he is familiar with this section of the law:

UNITED STATES CODE:  TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 47 > § 1001

§ 1001. Statements or entries generally

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully
(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact;
(2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or
(3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry;
shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both.

Obviously,  what we have here is a blatant lie and major coverup.

Fire him and put him in jail!  Then, set your sights on Obama:

ATF Fast and Furious: New documents show Attorney General Eric Holder was briefed in July 2010

By Sharyl Attkisson – CBS News

WASHINGTON – New documents obtained by CBS News show Attorney General Eric Holder was sent briefings on the controversial Fast and Furious operation as far back as July 2010. That directly contradicts his statement to Congress.

On May 3, 2011, Holder told a Judiciary Committee hearing, “I’m not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.”

Yet internal Justice Department documents show that at least ten months before that hearing, Holder began receiving frequent memos discussing Fast and Furious.

The documents came from the head of the National Drug Intelligence Center and Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer.

[…]

The Justice Department told CBS News that the officials in those emails were talking about a different case started before Eric Holder became Attorney General. And tonight they tell CBS News, Holder misunderstood that question from the committee – he did know about Fast and Furious – just not the details.

Um, sure.  Right…  Yup, that’s the problem with lying;  You have to keep making up new lies in order to coverup your first lie.

I transcribed the Memorandum in case you don’t want to read the original PDF file which is located HERE.
