Mittler R’omni’s Website Says He’d Nominate Supreme Court Justices Like Roberts to the Bench

Yup…  Warily keeping my eye on the boy.

But, be that as it may and as I’ve said before, Mittler R’omni could chug down a barrel of bath salts, run around naked, and eat a baby on live T.V. and I’d still vote for him just to get rid of Obama!:

Romney website: ‘Mitt will nominate judges in the mold of Chief Justice Roberts’

Daily Caller

Conservatives around the country may be regretting Chief Justice John Roberts’ appointment to the Supreme Court after Thursday’s ruling upholding President Barack Obama’s health care law, but Mitt Romney‘s campaign website still holds him up as the paradigm of a Supreme Court justice.

“As president, Mitt will nominate judges in the mold of Chief Justice Roberts and Justices Scalia, Thomas, and Alito,” the “Courts & Constitution” section of Romney’s website continues to read hours after the decision was handed down.

Conservative leader Brent Bozell […] went as far as to call Roberts “a traitor to his philosophy.”

“His reputation is forever stained in the eyes of conservatives, and there will be no rehabilitating of it,” Bozell told TheDC’s Matt Lewis. “He will be seen as a traitor to his philosophy.”

The Romney campaign didn’t immediately return a request for comment from TheDC as to whether it intends to remove Roberts from its list of ideal justices.

Romney may want to rethink that and change his website now. Roberts sure has gone over to the dark side. So much for being a reliable strict constructionist on the court.
