SCOTUS Rules on Obamacare: It’s a Cook Book!!!

So, SCOTUS finds that Obamacare is NOT a mandate, but instead, it’s actually a tax!

In fact, it’s now the biggest tax increase in U.S. history!

With that, the hatch has been sealed and we are all being whisked away to our doom:

What a crock!

A 5-4 ruling in favor of Obamacare is pathetic when it is so clear that Obamacare was highly unconstitutional.   Just furthers my resolve to get all the commies out of office before another Supreme Court Justice retires or kicks the bucket.

Making it a tax didn’t help with the election?

I couldn’t get the stright poop, so I came here to see what you thought.

    • Looking back on it—now that we know it’s a tax and not a mandate—what the Senate did now makes sense because they KNEW it was a tax!: The House of Representatives is the only branch of government which can originate a revenue bill. The House passed a version of Obamacare, thus giving it a H.R. #. The Senate then gutted the House bill and put their own version into the now empty H.R. bill, thus preserving the H.R. number. Then, after the Senate passed that, they sent it back to the House, which amended and passed it, thus legally bypassing the checks and balances set up by the U.S. Constitution and Our Founders.

Obama is now toast! He promised NOT to raise taxes on the Middle Class and the poor. Since this is a tax on the poor and Middle Class (certainly not the rich, because they can afford their own healthcare and insurance), he can no longer get away with lying about not raising taxes.

As a side note: Shortly after the SCOTUS announced their decision, Mitt R’omni’s campaign donations’ website was flooded with donations. I personally know this, because I went there to donate and was greeted with a 503 service error code—which means the server was over capacity…

Now that Mittler R’omni has insisted, this morning, that he will repeal Obamacare, I’m on board. I just hope and pray it’s not a talking point, but a conviction. We’ll find out once he gets in office. If he doesn’t repeal Obamacare, or if he tries to replace it with something else, I’ll fight tooth and nail to get him out of there!

Are we near the ‘Tipping Point’ yet?

Down the road I just can’t wait to hear the whining and cursing by the libs and leftists when they have to give up a huge chunk of their wages to fund our Utopian ‘Health Care ‘ plan put forward by our ;Dear Leader’ and his Socialist cabal. There will be questions as to why do I have to wait so long to see a doctor, and why can’t I get this treatment now? Ask anyone who in another country that has a government run healthcare system and they will tell you it ‘stinks’.
