Now that Christians have won this ruling, they need to go not only after the organizers but, they need to go after the city of Dearborn itself for bowing to Islam!:

A federal judge has ruled that Christian evangelists who were arrested at a Dearborn, Mich., festival sponsored by the Arab Chamber of Commerce can sue the business organization.

“The court finds that plaintiffs do properly allege a civil conspiracy among defendants, including the AACC, to deprive plaintiffs of their constitutional rights sufficient to survive a motion to dismiss,” the court’s ruling said.

It came in a case brought by the American Freedom Law Center on behalf of the Christians. David Yerushalmi, AFLC co-founder and senior counsel, said: “The detailed allegations of our 100-page civil rights complaint sets out a pattern of misconduct that had the purpose and effect of depriving our clients of their fundamental constitutional rights.”

The judge, Stephen J. Murphy III, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, granted the AFLC’s request to amend its complaint on behalf of the missionaries “unlawfully arrested for preaching the Gospel to Muslims at the 2010 Arab International Festival.”

Added to list of defendants was the American Arab Chamber of Commerce, the organization responsible for the Dearborn Arab Festival.

It was on June 18, 2010, when four Christian missionaries, Dr. Nabeel Qureshi, David Wood, Paul Rezkalla, and Negeen Mayel, were thrown in jail by Dearborn police officers for peacefully preaching to Muslims at that year’s annual event.

The four were accused of “breach of the peace.” They were ordered to trial, but, represented by Robert Muise, AFLC co-founder and senior counsel, they were acquitted.

Then Yerushalmi and Muise brought the civil rights action against the city, mayor John B. O’Reilly, police chief Ronald Haddad, 17 police officers and others.

It accuses sheriff’s officers of siding “with the Muslim mob intent on suppressing the Christians’ speech.”

The situation since then only has deteriorated, the evidence suggests. A video was made during the 2012 events indicating hundreds of angry Muslims threw chunks of concrete and eggs at a team of Christians, spraying them with urine and cursing at them – all while police stood by and then threatened the victims with “disorderly conduct.”

The video explains authorities not only failed to protect the Christians, they ordered them to leave the Arab Festival under threat of arrest for “disorderly conduct.”

However, not one Muslim was arrested for the attack that left several members of the Christian group bloodied, it says.

Gov. Sam Brownback has signed into law a bill aimed at keeping Kansas courts or government agencies from basing decisions on Islamic or other foreign legal codes.

Brownback’s office notified the Senate of his action Friday, but he actually signed the measure Monday. The new law will take effect in July. Muslim groups had urged him to veto the measure, arguing it promotes discrimination. Supporters say it simply restates American values. Supporters have worried about Shariah law being applied in Kansas courts. However, they also point out that the bill doesn’t specifically mention codes within the Islamic legal system. Instead, it says courts or other tribunals can’t base rulings on any foreign law or legal system that would not grant rights guaranteed by state and U.S. constitutions.

TAMPA — A Republican candidate for Hillsborough Clerk of Circuit Court on Monday fired off a letter saying Islam is “not a religion” but a theocracy that is “totalitarian and littered with human rights violations.”

Scott D. Barrish, a 35-year-old private security officer who previously ran unsuccessfully for the Hillsborough School Board, sent the letter to the Council of American-Islamic Relations. He signed it as a member of the Hillsborough County Republican Party’s executive committee.

“Your efforts in espousing Islam in America and Florida will not succeed,” Barrish wrote. “This is us vs. you. In the great words of the late President Ronald Reagan, ‘I win, you lose!’ ”
-Like Mr.Barrish, we have found the in your face approach to members of the islamic cult to work well. Granted we usually start with a welcome to our site, a few discussions and only respond aggressively after they insult us and threaten to kill us.

Barrish said in an interview that he sent the e-mail letter because the group had engaged in what he called publicity stunts. CAIR, for instance, thanked Gov. Rick Scott and Sen. Marco Rubio for declining to speak at the upcoming Florida tea party convention because it featured a presentation by an “anti-Islam extremist.”

Barrish, who said he had spent the past two years studying Islam, said he signed the letter as a member of the Hillsborough GOP to show his credentials, not to speak for the party. But the Florida chapter of CAIR used Barrish’s letter in a press statement Monday.

“It is imperative that Republican Party leaders at the state and national levels repudiate these bigoted comments and take concrete steps to challenge the growing perception that the GOP is not a big tent party that welcomes Muslims,” said Tampa executive director Hassan Shibly.

Politician on trial for nude Muhammad poster

A Swedish politician facing charges for producing a poster depicting the Muslim prophet Muhammad naked together with his nine-year-old wife was found not guilty by a jury in Malmö on Wednesday.

Carl P Herslow, leader of the Skåne Party (Skånepartiet), a small right-wing populist regional party, is charged with agitation against an ethnic group (hets mot folkgrupp).

The poster included the text: ‘He is 53 and she is nine. Is this the kind of wedding we want to see in Skåne?’.

Herslow admits producing the poster but contested the charges. He said the aim of the poster was to stimulate a debate about Islam, which he argued was incompatible with democracy and equality.

“The intention was to provoke a strong reaction among both Muslims and non-Muslims,” he said.

Prosecutor Bo Birgerson, representing the Chancellor of Justice (Justitiekanslern – JK) – the country’s top legal official, who is responsible for prosecution of cases involving freedom of speech – said that the distribution of the poster showed disrespect to Muslims.

Birgerson argued that previous cases in the Supreme Court showed that conviction for Herslow would not violate his right under Swedish law to freedom of speech.

“A conviction is important to show where the boundaries are for debate in an open and democratic society.”

The prosecution argued that Herslow should to be given a suspended prison sentence and for the posters to be confiscated.

But after deliberating less than an hour the jury, which are only used in Sweden in freedom of speech cases, told the court that Herslow was not guilty of agitation against an ethnic group.

As a result, the court cannot convict the politician when it delivers its formal verdict on March 16th.

I have something very important to share with you.  One of our ACT! Seattle members was approached by what appears to be a black muslim immigrant at his school [Green River Community College’s Auburn campus] two weeks ago. This black muslim verbally confronted my member over an Act for America, anti-Sharia Law bumper sticker he had on the back window of his car.  The Muslim said to the Member,

“Hey, do you have a problem with sharia law?”  the member replied, “Yes, I have a real big problem with sharia law!”

For all intents and purposes he thought the confrontation was over.  However, this last Monday, our member was back on campus putting his books in the front seat of the car with his back toward the outside of the car when he heard,

“Hey!”

Our member turned around and the same black muslim stabbed our member near his heart.

The knife blade only went into his chest about an inch and after being seen at the hospital received a couple of stitches, and is now fine.  Thank God!

Our member, his wife,  and I,  DO NOT want you to fear,  but instead take a FIRM stand against this act of violence to intimidate us into SILENCE! This is America and we treasure our FREEDOM. WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED AND WE WILL NOT SUBMIT TO VIOLENCE AND INTIMIDATION!

This couple, along with Brigitte Gabriel will be discussing this matter on Bill O’Reilly’s show [Monday] at 5 pm & 9pm [PST] on the Fox News Channel.

Now, this is incredible news, I know, but we must maintain strict security, be aware at all times of your personal space around you.  DO NOT be intimidated,  but act wisely.  DO NOT USE YOUR FULL NAME on internet posts or when speaking publicly about Islam.  Keep a camera with you at all times. I have a very small digital that I keep on my purse everywhere I go just in case I need to report an incident.

If this kind of attack can happen over a bumper sticker what could happen if the enemy found out who was behind some of the victories we have been having?  Do not forward emails that have personal information in them re: meeting locations.  Although we all know we are fighting a real war, it now seems like it’s more intense when it’s one of our own warriors who has been attacked with a hate crime.

Once the news comes out I will send you an email about this attack, so you can pass the info on to your lists.  Why? Because we must make sure that the fence riders, and undecided are given the opportunity to make a decision that Islam IS NOT about peace,  but about submission,  and force,  and it’s certainly not about a religion!

I had intended to destroy my 30+ year old koran in a mass protest. I had invited a few friends over for a BBQ on Saturday and planned to take pictures and just mock islam. The BBQ went as scheduled but everything related to the koran burning did not. I destroyed mine a day early in a fit of rage. My rage was directed at a weak pastor and the senior leadership of the United States. My spite cost me an antique koran and destroyed a 400+ year old dagger. Quite a lesson in intolerance. Regrets? Hell NO!

As my friends and I enjoyed each others company on Saturday, I used to following examples to show why everyone should have participated in the koran burning as a protest against islam in general but also against cowardice at the highest levels of our country. We did do a symbolic burning with a downloaded koran and burned an effigy of obama. That was actually not my idea, but it was fun and if I had neighbors, it might have been misunderstood. Hanging and burning a black man in the American south could easily have been seen as a racial statement and not an act of protest. Since we were a diverse group, anyone viewing our fun would probably been powerfully confused.

The entire issue of who was and is tolerant and intolerant depends on the watcher understanding the intentions of the protester. I feel that many of those protesting on both sides gave the exact opposite message that they intended to give.

Once Americans based their actions on principles and not on threats. Instead of using the already blown out of proportion koran burning plan as an opportunity to teach other cultures that individual rights are what helped build us up from a few colonists to the richest nation currently on the planet. We saw instead a lesson in cowardice and stupidity at all levels of society. Top military officers were for the first time worried about the safety of our military men and women. Our president and SECDEF surrendered a chance to highlight America’s greatness and displayed intense cowardice in doing so.

I have been around muslims most of my adult life. I never took a really hard look at them until 9-11. I have learned a few things since then; let me share them with you.

Islam is not a religion but a cult. Religions are all about leading you to salvation, islam is a cancer designed to grow and consume.

The Christian prophets mentioned in the Bible and the koran are not one and the same. The koran is full of modifications to Christian doctrine. This may have been done in error or because the Christian slaves made major doctoral changes to alert future Christian readers that islam was a false religion.

The myth that muslims respect Jesus and Mary fall flat when you consider the doctrine. Jesus stated that he was the way to God the father and that false prophets would follow him. The koran teaches that Jesus was a coward and swapped places with Judus. The muslims fail to explain away the hundreds of witnesses to the resurrection. The Mary (s) in the koran were at least 600 years older than the Christian Mary. You could also argue there is more than one mentioned.

By any modern standard, mohammed would have been condemned as a war criminal or worse. His actions and abuses cannot be ignored by a rational thinking modern man.

Our government, military, media and liberal elite are cowards, by kowtowing to islam without complaint they have helped make muslims dependant on handouts and taught them that threats and intimidation work.

Muslims do not commit acts of violence because of insults to islam. Muslims use insults (real or perceived) to islam as excuses to commit violent acts.

There are no moderate muslims. Not committing an act of violence yourself does not a moderate make.

Proper Koran Burning Procedures

I know many will have a problem with my decision to join in on the International koran burning day, held on September 11 but I ask that you read all the way to the bottom before condemning it.

Plan your own koran burning party, big or small, private or not so private. Never let another culture take away your right to express your opinion in your own land. Use your freedoms or lose them forever. I strongly feel that our system of self-reliance and personal freedoms is vastly superior to any found in another country, religion or ideology.

I will burn my copy of the koran on September 11 not because I want to offend muslims but because islam itself offends me.

If after reading this, you feel that the act of intolerance towards an intolerant ideology lowers you to their level and you choose to not burn a copy of the koran. I will support your right too not participate in the event.

If you disagree with my plan or my procedures, you can save your opinion of my efforts, as I do not care. I have owned this evil book since the 80’s I finally found a use for it.

Here are the proper koran burning procedures

Safety first. Find a safe area to build a fire

Have water and or a fire extinguisher available

Use accelerants sparingly, the koran is satan’s book it will burn easily.

Books burn from the outside inward. Normally they singe around the edges and the pages barely burn. To avoid this, wrinkle the pages and tear a few of them. You can also turn them inside out and build a stand over your fire-think BBQ grill and you will get the idea.

Film anyone that attempts to interrupt your right of free speech.

Arm at least one member of your party; there are kooks that consider burning the koran as blasphemy. Just in case one attacks, you should be prepared to defend yourself.

To avoid the misconception that burning the koran is blasphemy be prepared to explain how the koran insults Christians and accuses Jesus as having murdered Judas. By swapping places with Judus at the crucifixion, Jesus essentially sent Judas to die-dooming Judas and allowing Jesus to flee. Explain why muslims think Jesus is not now nor ever was anything other than a mortal man. Explain the muslims believe mohammed was a better example to follow. At this point, you should mention that a short list of mohammeds crimes includes, slavery, murder, rape, child abuse, pedophilia and be ready to read a few verses of the koran as proof.

Once all of the preparations are made and just before you light the fire give this as an explanation.

As an American, I have the right to worship my faith or lack there of in the manner that I chose. Nothing in the koran is holy to me, I reject the koran as anything more than a simple book. A book filed with violence, intolerance and hate. I condemn the koran to a fiery death because I am free to do so. No ideology has more rights than I do, they are not free to enforce their views, culture or religion on me. There are those that disagree with my opinion of the koran and they disagree with my decision to burn a copy. That is there right. Let them buy one and lovingly protect it if that is there will. Here and now, I chose to burn this book as I find it offensive to my beliefs, insulting, intolerant and incompatible with my American rights.

Light it.

Spread the ashes to ensure complete destruction.

I suggest a moment of silence for our fallen, past present and future.

-The next time you find a Christian that still believes that muslims worship the same god as they do, ask them why Jesus, lied about being the Son of God and why he had Judas murdered.
