America’s next war might be at home

5 August, 2011

By Ronin, 5 Aug, 2011
You will have to look hard to find it in what passes for the media in the US but hundreds of black teens rioted yesterday in Wisconsin. Serous injuries resulted when whites were attacked leaving the state fair. Thugs attacked whites, drug them from vehicles and beat them. The teens continued to beat both white men and women even when they were unconscious and unable to defend themselves.

Some of the injuries are serious and I am guessing that the same media that ignored the story will somehow miss the follow up stories about medical costs and recovery. To be fair, a few local channels and Drudge did carry the story but most large outlets did not.

Search a little harder and you will find out that this type of black violence is not uncommon in American cities, mob attacks by black teens is a new trend. Their targets are usually white.

So far, these attacks seem random, unorganized and unrelated. I say so far, because I am on the fence with this one. Some of the violence can be chalked up to gang members teaching others that mob attacks work, they are easy to do and the chance of getting away without getting arrested is almost 100% and since mob robberies and mob assaults are both taking place. It is hard to say what the motivation is racial violence, robbery or both.

With all the government race-baiting going on in the media, these attacks should surprise no one. Rich whites and Tea Party “terrorists” are supposed to be behind all our economic and social problems. Those news articles are easy to find.

It is strange the black on white violence seems to have snuck right past reporters. I am guessing that the first white non-victim to pull a concealed weapon and drop a few of these thugs will not only be condemned in the media as a violent racist but calls to disarm whites, new rules for carrying concealed firearms and forced firearm registration will be the headlines across America.

The Milwaukee Police Department, West Allis Police Department and Milwaukee County Sheriff Department all responded but there were few arrests. Several officers were injured and some of them were serious. I suspect that they will be out in force over the weekend.

The sad reality is that in a mob situation, the chance of help coming to your aid before you require serous medical help is about the same as striking oil in your flower garden.

I would like to see black civic leadership condemn these attacks, hold fundraisers to help the victims with the medical costs and blacks that know who these criminals are and that can identify them, turn them in. I would like those things but they are about as likely as obama admitting that his stimulus package has failed.

What I will see, is black civic leaders explain that these young black men are just angry, they are the real victims as they need jobs and education. Those things will stop all these attacks. How do I know? Simple, every time we see muslim youth attack in packs, islamic civic leadership pulls the same scam. (more…)

Anti-Islam group finds fertile ground in Nashville

13 July, 2011

This articles writer shows a clear bias against ACT! Christians, southerners, TEA party members and anyone lease that doesn’t fit his world view. This was clearly written as a hatchet job. For a real look at the organization go here: http://www.actforamerica.org/

All you really need to understand about muslims and islam is no sect, group or organization can separate itself from sharia, any more that Christians can denounce the ten commandments. The most moderate of muslims (and many are not) is still intolerant and incapable of anything close to supporting traditional American values.

By Bob Smietana, 10 July 2011, the Tennessean
ACT! for America sums up its mission in four words: “They must be stopped.”

The “they” in question are Muslims, who ACT! for America’s leaders insist are involved in a stealthy jihad to destroy the United States from the inside out, replacing the Constitution with the Islamic legal code known as Shariah.

The Virginia Beach, Va.-based national nonprofit claims 150,000 members and spreads its message through books, websites, radio ads, cable television and the work of local chapters.

It has become a potent political force in Nashville, home to the largest ACT chapter in the nation. Local members have opposed new mosques and lobbied for laws limiting Islamic influence — including a new state anti-terrorism law that originally referenced Shariah law.

Their message appeals to Bible Belt Christians, who fear that Islam and secularization threaten their way of life, and Jewish and Christian supporters of Israel, who see Muslims as the enemy of that nation. Members point to the 2009 case of Carlos Bledsoe, a Muslim convert and former Tennessee State University student who confessed to murdering an Army recruiter in Little Rock.
-I do not know what they pay this clown but it is not just Southern Christians that see through the web of lies surrounding islam. A real reporter might have pointed out that Bledsole proudly admitted to his jihad filled terror. Or, that honor killings have finally made it to America. Oh, yeah, that was not terror, that was just murder. I am sure the victims would agree (sarc)

Critics say ACT distorts the nature of Islam and labels law-abiding Muslims as terrorists. Local Muslims say they will stand up for their rights to religious freedom.

“We are not afraid of this ACT group,” said Rashed Fakhruddin, a member of the Islamic Center of Nashville. “But we are concerned about the climate of fear they are trying to create.”
-Then there is no problem. Why would islam fear exposure?

ACT has nine chapters in Tennessee: Middle Tennessee — based in Nashville — Cleveland, Hermitage, Jackson, Lebanon, Knoxville, Memphis, Morristown and Niota. Charles Jacobs, president of Americans for Peace and Tolerance, a Boston-based anti-Islam group, said he’s not surprised that ACT has caught on in Middle Tennessee.

“The extent to which ACT has been successful in Nashville reflects its strong leadership nationally and locally and the frustration of many citizens with the failure of Nashville’s civic leadership and the media to deal with this threat,” he wrote in an email.

Anti-Islam groups fight for new laws

Daniel Bregman, a Nashville eye surgeon, leads the Middle Tennessee chapter. Bregman’s wife, Joanne, an attorney, has been one of the group’s chief lobbyists at the state Capitol.

Bregman turned down several requests for an interview. He appeared in a promotional video produced by the charity’s national office for its recent annual conference, held in Washington, D.C. The video states that Nashville has the largest chapter in the country, although the group won’t reveal its membership numbers.

“There are a couple reasons why a large chapter is good,” he said on the video. “The larger you are, the more power you have.”

The video includes images of the couple, as well as images of the outside of the Islamic Center of Nashville. Bregman repeats the claim that Muslims in the U.S. want to impose Shariah law in the place of the U.S. Constitution and are threatening non-Muslims.
-Many islamic groups proudly make the same claim, what is your point?

What not to watch on TV.

1 October, 2010

What not to watch on TV.

Tonight those that want their minds numbed by poorly conceived propaganda and silly lies will have the opportunity to tune into a full hour of fill good about islam BS.

I am not going to name the channel but if you wish to see it, look hard at the big three declining channels and see what passes for news.

Efforts to whitewash over the crimes of islam are not new and that is what you will see tonight, nothing new.

This is what you will see.

Clerics pointing out, misconceptions that islam is violent, all muslims are extremists, the koran encourages warfare and that islam was spread by the sword.

Examples of Christian intolerance from the old testament without explanation of why it happened or why the new testament differs.

Look for verses of islamic tolerance without explanation of why so many successful islamic clerics seemed to have missed them.

They will paint islam as the victim of a vast islamophobic society and highlight the muslim struggle to live in peace and tranquility. You will see amazing muslim success stories of normal Americans except for the pesky islam thing. Poor misunderstood cult, tisk, tisk. Try not to toss something hard at your screen. (more…)

Why America needs immigrants

15 August, 2010

The author of this piece makes the oft seen mistake of injecting opinion and mistaking it for news. Based on the title you would have expected an honest assessment of the benefits of immigration. Even if it had further broken them down into legal and illegal immigrants it would have been an interesting article. As written it is just further proof that what passes for journalism is crap.

The bottom line: America continues to draw people; we can do a better job of picking who gets the honor of joining this nation. They fact that they are continuing to come should be enough incentive for any professional politician to plan for their arrival.

By Cynthia Tucker, 15 Aug, 2010, the Leaf Chronicle
WASHINGTON — Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., should be ashamed. Pandering to a rising nativist fervor by suggesting repeal of birthright citizenship, he has aimed his faux indignation at the very babies who can help his country regain its competitive edge.

With sinking birthrates and longer life spans, much of the industrialized world grows grayer every day. Throughout Western Europe, demographers worry about a population too old to work and pay the bills. Already, the Japanese, who have never cottoned to “outsiders,” are struggling to care for a citizenry with a significant share of seniors.

But, as several economists have noted, the United States has an advantage: We’re still having babies. Some of them, it turns out, are born to women without papers. Rather than changing the law and kicking them out, we ought to be celebrating them with birthday parties.

In “The Next Hundred Million: America in 2050,” writer Joel Kotkin forecasts a prosperous nation buoyed by immigration. “In advanced countries,” he writes, “a rapidly aging or decreasing population does not bode well.” The United States, however, will “maintain a youthful, dynamic demographic,” partly because of “a resourceful stream of ever-assimilating immigrants.”

Graham was once among those who could be counted on to be sensible about illegal immigration. In 2007, he supported a path to citizenship, declaring, “We’re not going to run people down. We’re not going to scapegoat people. We’re going to tell the bigots to shut up, and we’re going to get this right.”

Last month, however, he took up with the right-wing fringe, which would reverse tradition and rescind long-held principles in order to reject illegal immigrants and their children.
-The right wing wants all the old school out of office. Vote them out, it dowsn’t matter what they support now, where were they yesterday? Why keep failures?. (more…)

Times Square Bomb Could Have ‘Killed Thousands,’ FBI Test Shows

20 July, 2010

I am not sure that I am buying the math at the high end of the test but that is not important. What Fox failed to address is the global system of evil, intolerance and oppression behind the attempt. We already know a better-built bomb might have worked better and potentially increased the number of casualties. Now how about an article explaining why even Fox refuses to address the ideology behind the attempt and the religious leaders that justify these types of attacks.

20 July, 2010, FoxNews.com
Sources close to the investigation of failed Times Square bomber Faisal Shahzad confirm to Fox News that the FBI tested a correctly constructed version of the explosive device.
Shahzad tried to detonate a car bomb in a Nissan Pathfinder on May 1, but the device fizzled and caused no injuries. But if the bomb had been detonated properly, it could have “killed in the thousands on the high end” and in the “hundreds on the low end,” according to a source familiar with the investigation.
-In reality, one is too many.

While the blast might have been more deadly than the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing that claimed 169 lives, the force of the Times Square explosion would probably not have been as great. The impact of the explosion would have been felt both “upwards and outward,” a source said.
-Murder even for religious reasons is still murder. Only one ideology masquerading as a religion calls out for the blood of innocents-islam. (more…)

Jihadists gain ‘little support’ in US despite new attacks (BS)

7 May, 2010

A little PC apologist propaganda for ya. Naturally, I will add my own non-PC analysis.

Pasadena, 7 May (AKI) – Effective intelligence gathering and an unsympathetic Muslim community have discouraged homegrown jihadist terrorism in the United States, according to a new study by the Rand Corporation. The study was released by the Californian-based think-tank just days after Pakistani-born US citizen Faisal Shahzad was charged over the failed car bomb attack in New York’s Times Square.
-Nice timing, get something out to show not all minions are violent killers. The issue was never the numbers of “violent” muslims the issue is how many support and defend them.

While there were 13 cases of domestic terrorism during 2009, the perpetrators were mostly individuals who recruited themselves as terrorists, the Rand study said.
-Could they have “recruited themselves” if the koran did not support their efforts?

The study is entitled “Would-Be Warriors: Incidents of Jihadist Terrorist Radicalisation in the United States since September 11, 2001”.

Since the September 11 terrorist attacks in 2001, there has been no evidence of widespread or large networks of homegrown terrorists planning attacks on US soil, the study said.
-Except for all those pesky cells that have been rolled up and the losers that left the US to train and conduct jihad overseas. How could any of that be a pattern?

“Last year was troubling because it saw the most incidents of domestic radicalisation since 2001,” said the study’s author, Brian Michael Jenkins, senior advisor to the president of Rand, a non-profit research group.
I’m not sure you could classify a global criminal organization filled with trainers, money men, clerics and fighters as “domestic” but then again I do not work for Rand.

“While most of these plots were detected and foiled—in many cases they were planned by would-be terrorists who were particularly inept—there certainly will be more domestic terrorist attempts in the future.”
-Duh.

Jenkins said that the Times Square bomb attempt was another reminder that ‘homegrown’ terrorism posed a real threat.
-The homegrown myth was busted when the Pakistanis arrested his friends.

The study found there were 46 publicly reported cases of domestic radicalisation and recruitment to jihadist terrorism in the United States since the 9/11 attacks to the end of 2009.
-What no mention of a certain yemini/american citizen and his role?

An average of three people were accused in each case and half the cases involved only one individual, but a total of 125 people were involved overall.

Only two of the 46 incidents resulted in deaths and both involved lone gunmen.
-Even in our military the numbers of support soldiers dwarf the numbers of trigger pullers. The more telling statistic would be the number of attacks stopped by muslims turning in one of these clowns, their trainers, recruiters and supporters, prior to an attempt. Oh, yeah, I forgot they only show remorse after the attack fails. (more…)

Home for Thanksgiving, then implicated in jihad

18 April, 2010

I have been leery of commenting on this story as the liberal owned press usually pictures an innocent victim misunderstood and guilty of nothing except being profiled. Similar to the search for the mythical muslim moderate (they call them scholars) we see these stories all the time. Let us see what the good old press did with this one.

18 April, 2010 St Petersburg Times
WASHINGTON — In the photograph from last November, Ramy Zamzam, 22, is a proud first-year dental student in his new white jacket, framed by his beaming parents.
-I did not use the picture, my issue is with the press not Ramy.

A few weeks later, he and four American friends would disappear, resurfacing in Pakistan, accused by United States and Pakistani law enforcement officials of seeking to join the jihad against American forces in Afghanistan.
-That fits the pattern, the jihadi rarely tell friends and family what they are planning because muslim community insiders are coming forward and identifying recruiters and the members of the extremist networks fear exposure. Most of the time the family comes forward only after their children have been caught but every little bit helps.

At a time of new concern about radicalization of Muslims in the United States, Zamzam’s story is a baffling tale and a tragedy for parents who from all appearances are loyal and law-abiding Muslim immigrants living in the Virginia suburbs of Washington.
-We have both types of muslims in the USA: practicing and non. Any practicing muslim that says they do not support jihad is a lair. Any non-practicing muslim is potentially a single verse away from regaining his/her faith. (more…)

At least 27 arrested in Egypt Christian-Muslim clash

13 March, 2010

Just a little lesson in how the media misses the point. Thousands of muslims were involved in this little dispute, vastly over powering the Christians and chose to attack while they were peacefully at worship. The muslims quickly overcame them with shear numbers and violence but try to find that in this biased article.

13 Mar 2010
CAIRO, March 13 (Reuters) – At least 27 people were arrested in northern Egypt on Friday after fighting erupted between Muslims and Christians over land, security sources said on Saturday.
-The dispute was over Christians use of the land; ownership was never in dispute. The muslims attacked them out of blatant hatred and used the excuse that they were going to build onto the church. Missed by good old Reuters was the pesky details, you know the ones that show the muslims as both aggressors and comfortable with violence against women and children. We already understand muslims rarely attack those capable of defending themselves. Most muslims are cowards and attack only the weak. The only thing weaker than muslims are reporters, especially the ones who cover up for them and ignore the truth.

At least 24 people were hurt in the fighting in Marsa Matrouh governorate, including women and children, security sources said.
-And would they be Christian or Muslims and why wouldn’t Reuters think that little detail was not worth mentioning? Are we supposed to believe that the attacking muslims brought along their wives and children and some of them were unfortunately injured? The only thing stupider than this accounting of the events is the idiot paying these reporters a salary. (more…)

NYT Paid Rhode’s Ransom to the Taliban?

1 November, 2009

Interesting, considering that the NYT is suppose to be the newspaper of record;   Not that they have any integrity left, but if these allegations are true, then Rhode’s and the New York Times have consistently and knowingly lied in article after article while covering Rhode’s fairy-tale adventure in Afghanistan.

Scandal Watch: New York Times

Israeli police condemned by the media for protecting Jerusalem

25 October, 2009

The obvious media bias of this article shows the low standards of journalistic excellence have been met.

25 Oct 09
JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli forces stormed the most sensitive holy shrine in Jerusalem on Sunday, firing water cannons and stun grenades to disperse a crowd of hundreds of Palestinian protesters that had pelted forces with stones.
-“Stormed” and “Pelted” rocks against storm troops, catch the hint of Israeli aggression? Tossing the palestinian victim card with the first line of text, obviously the author and editors have turned away from objectivity and landed squarely on propaganda. Here is what really happened, a bunch of thugs occupied the site and attacked the police. The “storming” was nothing more than law enforcement regaining control.

Although there were no serious injuries, it was one of the most intense incidents of violence in recent unrest around the hilltop compound known to Jews as the Temple Mount and to Muslims as the Nobel Sanctuary. In the past, clashes at the site have erupted into deadly violence.
-Nice-now they are letting you know the poor palestinian victims were not seriously hurt, do you feel better?

Muslim leaders had urged the crowd to gather at the site’s Al-Aqsa Mosque early Sunday in response to what they said was “Jewish conquest.” Israeli police said the protesters hurled a fire bomb and poured oil on the ground to make the forces slip.
-Hmmm, amazingly the innocent palestinian victims just happened to have both firebombs and oil in their possession. I wonder how the media missed the indicator that this was an act of criminals and was premeditated.

A large wall of riot police, holding glass shields, closed in on the crowd, sending many protesters – overwhelmingly young men – running into the mosque for cover. Forces didn’t enter the holy site, but water could be seen squirting between the cracks of the shuttered doors and dripping onto carpets inside.
-More bias, you can visualize attacking police but not the violence or damage of the rioters. The poor mosque was damaged by water but no mention that it was the staging ground of the minions and helps fan the flame of hatred and encourages the minions to act out.

One police officer was lightly wounded, and 21 protesters were arrested, said spokesman Micky Rosenfeld.
-The only non-biased line in this article.

Hundreds of protesters remained holed up inside, and later Sunday, police said the crowd had gathered outside for a new round of clashes. Hundreds of police remained in the area, and emergency medical services were on high alert, in case of further violence, police said.
-“Holed up” can be read as barricaded. “Crowds” should be replaced with “reinforcements”. There is no doubt that “further violence” is imminent. (more…)
