Israeli strike kills Hamas leader in Gaza
November 14, 2012

JERUSALEM (JTA) — The head of Hamas’ military wing in the Gaza Strip, Ahmed Jabri, was killed by an Israeli missile.

Jabri and a passenger were killed late Wednesday afternoon when the car in which they were driving in Gaza was hit in what Israeli military officials called a “surgical strike.” The passenger was Jabri’s son, according to Yediot Achronot, though it was not confirmed by other sources.

Jabri was directly responsible for carrying out terrorist attacks against Israel for the past several years, the Israel Defense Forces said in a statement.

“The purpose of this operation was to severely impair the command and control chain of the Hamas leadership, as well as its terrorist infrastructure,” the statement said. “This was a surgical operation in cooperation with the Israeli Security Agency that was implemented on the basis of concrete intelligence and using advanced capabilities.”

Hamas’ armed wing, the Izz al-Dinn Al-Qassam Brigades, reportedly said in a statement following the attack, “The occupation has opened the gates of hell on itself.”

The strike came after four days of rocket fire from Gaza terrorist groups on southern Israel. More than 150 rockets are reported to have been fired from Gaza, causing damage to homes and factories.

Jabri was filmed escorting captured Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, who was held hostage in Gaza for more than five years, when he was handed over to Egypt last year on his way back to Israel from Gaza.

Freed in Unwise 1027:1 Prisoner Swap, Islamic Squatter Tells Children to Blow Themselves Up for Allah

20 October, 2011

“Peace will come when the Arabs will love their children more than they hate us.” – Golda Meir

Nope, I don’t think peace will be coming anytime soon:

Freed would-be suicide bomber tells kids to be like her
Gaza woman defies warnings not to return to terrorism, says “we will pursue our struggle and Netanyahu knows that.”

GAZA – A would-be Palestinian suicide bomber freed by Israel in the prisoner swap for soldier Gilad Schalit told cheering schoolchildren in the Gaza Strip the day after her release on Wednesday she hoped they would follow her example.

“I hope you will walk the same path we took and [Allah] willing, we will see some of you as martyrs,” Wafa al-Biss told dozens of children who came to her home in the northern Gaza Strip.

Biss was traveling to Beersheba’s Soroka hospital for medical treatment in 2005 when Israeli soldiers at the Erez border crossing noticed she was walking strangely. They found 10 kilograms (22 lbs) of explosives had been sewn into her underwear.

A member of al-Aksa Martyrs Brigades, an offshoot of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’s Fatah party, Biss was sentenced to a 12-year term for planning to blow herself up.

After she spoke, the children cheered and waved Palestinian flags and chanted: “We will give souls and blood to redeem the prisoners. We will give souls and blood for you, Palestine.”

Biss said she had planned to blow herself up at the checkpoint but her detonator malfunctioned.

Two Members of Mahmoud’s Official Security Forces Arrested For Massacre of Jewish Settler Family

U.S.-trained forces arrested in brutal slaying
5 members of Jewish family killed inside their home

By Aaron Klein – WorldNetDaily

JERUSALEM – Two members of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ official security forces were arrested in conjunction with this past weekend’s bloody massacre in which five family members were brutally stabbed to death inside their home in the Jewish village of Itamar, WND has learned.

The names of the apprehended suspects will be released to the Israeli media within hours but were revealed to WND by security officials working on the murder.

Two cousins are now in Israeli custody and are suspected in the slayings. Ahmed Awad is an officer in Abbas’ Preventative Security Services in the northern West Bank city of Nablis. Iyad Awad is an officer in Abbas’ General Intelligence services in Ramallah.

Both the Preventative and General Intelligence services of Fatah are armed, trained and funded by the U.S.

It was not immediately clear whether the duo were arrested for planning the attack or for personally carrying out the murders.

Since the late 1990s, the U.S. has run training bases for PA militias. The U.S. also has provided hundreds of millions of dollars in financial aid and weapons to build up the PA militias.

Gaza gets plenty of humanitarian aid

3 June, 2010

The Israelis were suckered, that is clear. Over watch should have immediately dropped the first “peace activist” to raise a club. The boarding team should have gone in with loaded weapons, not paintball guns and should have shot to kill at the first sign of trouble. When you breach you go big. No U.S. commander would send in our troops wearing a t-shirt and shorts-you go big or stay home.

This article is refreshing as it explains even more lies about the pale-e-stain-in struggle. They are the cockroaches of the ummah, no muslim cares anything about them until the Israelis are forced once again to defend themselves. Then they are all one big happy family.

3 June 10, Baltimore Sun.
“Last year’s conflict between Israel and hamas has already been devastating to the territory gaza strip. That’s why humanitarian aid is so desperately needed there.”

The December 2008-January 2009 battle between Israel and Hamas in gaza left the large majority of the territory untouched. Israeli forces avoided most built-up areas. As for the
“desperate need for humanitarian aid,” there is none. Israel blockades weapons, dual purpose civilian-combatant items and construction material that could be used by Hamas for bunkers and other sites. It has permitted importation, in the past few months alone, of nearly 3,000 tons of clothing and shoes; more than 1,000 tons of medicine and medical equipment; 155 tons of food, and 17 million liters of diesel fuel. In recent years Gaza and the West Bank have become the world’s largest per capita destination for international aid.
-Remember to bring that up with your elected leaders, palestine should be cut off from our aid.

“What is required now is a means to get humanitarian supplies to Gaza that does not conflict with Israel’s legitimate security needs. One alternative would be to agree on a third party, perhaps a United Nations representative, to inspect cargo.”
-Nice idea but the useless nations are not neutral. They have repeatedly shown bias to Israel; hamas is more trustworthy. Israel is on its own, unless Japan steps up. Who else could they trust?

Never mind that sufficient humanitarian supplies get to Gaza. The idea of third party inspection, especially by the United Nations, already has failed. After Israel’s 2005 withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, it agreed to a U.S. arrangement whereby third parties would monitor the Egyptian-Gaza crossing at Rafah to prevent passage by terrorists, with Israelis observing by remote camera. This quickly broke down. Following the 2006 Israel-Hezbollah war in Lebanon, thousands of U.N. troops were deployed to uphold Security Council resolutions forbidding Hezbollah rearmament. They’ve failed utterly.

“The raid has already devastated diplomatic relations with Turkey, Israel’s closest friend in the Muslim world.” Turkey was “Israel’s closest friend in the Muslim world” but has not been for several years. Its current government, moving from the country’s previous secular and Western orientation and toward Islamic fundamentalism, courting Iran as it goes, looks for opportunities to distance itself from Israel. The leadership of the Turkish Humanitarian Relief Fund — a group with links to Hamas and previously reported ties to Al-Qaeda — in the Gaza flotilla is not something a close friend would tolerate.

The Sun opines that “as long as Hamas is in power, Israel is justified in maintaining some sort of blockade, but continuing to try to enforce it alone is a recipe for more debacles like this one.” Who else would assist? The editorial can’t say, but it looks for “all involved … to make a few reasonable compromises.” That would include Iranian-backed Hamas, dedicated to Israel’s destruction and the death of the Jewish people?
Eric Rozenman, Washington
-Ideally, the Israelis would work with the Egyptians as they both control their borders to protect themselves from crazed palestinians. Lacking that, they should consider one hamas representative with each boarding party. Unarmed and watched carefully. They should also request international help a few days out, warn the approaching ships and post the procedures. Take efforts to limit their enemies’ propaganda pre event.

Obama Administration Seeks to Deport Ex-Hamas Christian Convert

31 May, 2010

It is interesting that Obama’s aunt was allowed to stay in the United States after falsely claiming political asylum, yet here we have an apostate from Islam, Mosab Hassan Yousef (aka – “Joseph” ) who is truly in danger of assassination, and the Obama administration is trying to deport him back to that cesspool whence he escaped.

Why is this?   Surely, he is no longer a threat to society.   Perhaps if he had remained a Muslim and not converted to Christianity, Obama and Janet Nappylatino would be more than happy to keep him here…

Furthermore, where are all those Libtards who come out of the woodwork everytime an “immigrant” faces deportation?   Crickets?  I thought so!  Freakin’ hypocrites.

This updates our previous coverage HERE and HERE.

Homeland Security Seeks to Deport Christian ‘Son of Hamas’

By Eric Young|Christian Post Reporter

The disowned son of one of the founders of terrorist group Hamas has grown quite a fan base since he revealed who he was and made public his story of conversion from Islam  to Christianity.

But the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is apparently not among Mosab Hassan Yousef’s admirers as it’s currently seeking to deport the 32-year-old asylum seeker, who currently resides in San Diego.

“[A]ccording to these ‘highly trained’ civil servants, I am a threat to America’s national security and must be deported,” reported Yousef this past week.

In a lengthy account of his situation, Yousef explained in his personal weblog how he has been barred from a grant of asylum since last year “because there were reasonable grounds for believing [I] was a danger to the security of the United States and because [I] engaged in terrorist activity.”

In court documents Yousef recently received, Homeland Security senior attorney Kerri Calcador highlighted Yousef’s extensive involvement with Hamas and the support he gave to the Tier I terrorist organization.

While Yousef admits openly to the integral role he played in Hamas, he argues the account of his conversion in his recently released book, Son of Hamas, should make perfectly clear that he is now an asset, not a threat.

In the book, Yousef shares how he came to question who his enemies really were after he discovered that Hamas was torturing its own people in a relentless search for collaborators.

After a chance encounter with a British missionary in 1999, Yousef started the six-year quest that would lead to embrace of Jesus Christ and his departure from his family, friends and homeland.

During that time, Yousef served as a spy for the Israeli security agency Shin Bet, to which he passed on all the information he gathered in terrorist meetings with then-Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, his father and other Hamas leaders.

“I … saved the lives of many people-including many Americans,” an obviously upset Yousef emphasized.

“Maybe Homeland Security only read a few chapters of my book.”

[Yup, just like they did with the unholy Qur’an…]

Dubai to issue arrest warrant for Netanyahu

10 February, 2010

More from our you cannot make this stuff up dept.

Jerusalem, Feb.6, 10, the Telegraph: Dubai has said that it will issue an arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, if investigators conclude that Mossad was behind the killing of a senior Hamas official in the emirate last month.
-Blame the Joos, where have I heard that before?

According to The Telegraph, the threat to detain the Israeli leader came as police in Dubai linked the apparent murder of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh, a senior member of the Hamas military wing, to Israel for the first time.
-I bet they found a secret decoder ring and a shoe phone.

Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Dubai”s police chief, claimed that the dead man was killed using Mossad methods.

He said Netanyahu would be held personally responsible if Mossad was identified as the culprit.
-Yeah good luck with that, if Government leadership were responsible for criminal acts our congress would have been gone generations ago. BTW off topic but CONGRESS SUCKS, Get Rid of Incumbent Politicians. (more…)

Israel Enjoys Successful “Failure” in Gaza

This once more shows why Israel doesn’t and shouldn’t care what the rest of the world thinks when it comes to matters of national survival and security.

Israel’s Gaza Vindication
By Jackson Diehl
Monday, September 21, 2009

When it was launched last December, Israel’s invasion of the Gaza Strip looked to most people in Washington to be risky, counterproductive and doomed to futility. Not only pundits like me but senior officials of the Bush administration predicted that the Israeli army would not succeed either in toppling Gaza’s Hamas government or in eliminating its capacity to launch missiles at Israeli cities. Instead it would subject the Jewish state to another tidal wave of international opprobrium and risk its relations with West Bank Palestinians and Egypt.

OH NO! We wouldn’t won’t to risk that!

Mostly, we were right.  By your standards, but not Israel’s.

But today, Operation Cast Lead, as the three-week operation is known in Israel, is generally regarded by the country’s military and political elite as a success. The reasons for that are worth examining now that a new and even more hawkish Israeli government is weighing whether to flout Washington’s prevailing opposition to a military attack on Iran.

Considering resent developments in Iran’s “peaceful” nuclear program I don’t see how they have much of a choice.

Israel’s satisfaction starts with a simple set of facts. Between April 2001 and the end of 2008, 4,246 rockets and 4,180 mortar shells were fired into Israel from Gaza, killing 14 Israelis, wounding more than 400 and making life in southern Israel intolerable. During what was supposed to be a cease-fire during the last half of 2008, 362 rockets and shells landed. Meanwhile, between late 2000 and the end of 2008, Israeli forces killed some 3,000 Gazans.

Since April there have been just over two dozen rocket and mortar strikes – or less than on many single days before the war. No one has been seriously injured, and life in the Israeli town of Sderot and the area around it has returned almost to normal. Israeli attacks in Gaza have almost ceased, too: Since the end of the mini-war, 29 Palestinians, two of whom were civilians, have been killed by Israeli action.

Hamas, of course, remains in power and unmoved in its refusal to recognize Israel. It is still holding an Israeli soldier who was abducted in 2006. It is still smuggling material for weapons through tunnels under the Egyptian border and, if it chose to, could resume rocket attacks on Israel at any time.

The point, however, is that Israel has bought itself a stretch of relative peace with Hamas, just as its costly 2006 invasion of Lebanon has produced three years of quiet on that front.

Once again proving that the only thing adherents of  Islam respects is Strength. The term ” mid-east  peace talks ” is a phrase that is meaningless.

From the Israeli perspective, a respite from conflict is the most that can be expected from either group — or from their mutual sponsor, Iran.

Gaza: Big Jihad vs. Little Jihad

30 August, 2009

I always enjoy reading the work of Dr. Walid Phares, he has a unique viewpoint rarely seen in today’s fight against islamic fascism. This article points out what is obvious to our regular readership but is a totally alien concept to American officials, senior military officers and intelligence analysts. Jihad by any name, any group or any strategy remains jihad.

The goal of jihad in global enslavement. I would like to see our government develop a plan to widen the fissures in these jihadi groups and cause them to feast on themselves. The world’s best killers of muslims have always been other muslims. The diversity of the radical islamic groups should make it easy to work them into a full blown, frothing at the mouth jihadi rage and unleash them on each other.

By Dr. Walid Phares, 28 Aug 09, Muslim world today
Hamas’ attack against a Jihadist group inside Gaza is about to provide the Palestinian Islamist organization a pass to become a “mainstream” movement, acceptable internationally as a partner in negotiations. Or at least, that is what Hamas strategists think may happen as a result of crushing the minuscule militant entity known as Jund Ansar Allah (The Soldiers or the Partisans of Allah) last week. This is another murky development in the world of Jihadism, where the biggest brothers in holy war devoured the little ones, in a race between who can achieve final victory against the Kuffar (infidels). But in Gaza, these intra-Jihadist slaughter fests are peculiar in as much as the “Palestine cause” is so central to the Islamist political narrative worldwide.

In November of 2008, a new group in Rafah declared itself as the ultimate Salafi Jihadist force of Palestine. After many previous attempts made previously by al Qaeda-inspired factions at least since 2001, Jund Ansar Allah (JAA) led by Abel Latif Mussa, aka Abu al Nour al Maqdissi, seized the control of a local Mosque and segments of a neighborhood and launched a couple attacks against Israel as of early 2009.

The JAA issued many declarations calling for “real Jihad,” ending negotiations with Fatah, the international community and opposing any type of elections and constitutional structure in Gaza other than pure Sharia. From his pulpit, Sheikh Mussa criticized Hamas’ leadership for failing the Jihad they promised to deliver, and for betraying their own constitution calling for an Islamic Emirate all over Palestine, not just in Gaza and the West Bank. Hundreds of already indoctrinated youth joined the JAA and formed the nucleus of a Jihadi militia. Their ranks were growing at an alarming rate for Hamas, which felt time came to squash them, before they became a competitive organization. The JAA was on its ballistic way to devour Hamas from the inside. It was using the same doctrines upon which Hamas was founded, grew, and used to overthrow Fatah from Gaza.
-Love islamic style, build friendships and attack when their guard is down.

After a few incidents, Hamas forces overwhelmed the headquarters of JAA killing dozens of militants. The fighting took its toll on both groups. Unverified reports said Abu Jibril Shemali, commander of Izzedine al Qassam Brigades (Hamas’ SS-like force) and Abu Abdallah al Suri, JAA’s military commander were both killed in the clashes. The founder of the Jund Ansar Allah Abdel Latif Moussa was killed during the explosion of one of his suicide bombers as he targeted advancing Hamas fighters. By now, the “Jund” has been crushed, its mosque seized and its survivors pursued. In return, JAA underground has threatened to punish Hamas leadership for their apostasy against “Allah’s true fighters.” In this is Jihad versus Jihad inside a world of indoctrinated circles of militants, one circle enjoying power, money and recognition and the smaller circle wanting to snatch it away from the most powerful. But what are lessons we need to learn from this pool of piranhas, where big Jihadi fish eat little Jihadi fish?

1. According to many commentators on al Jazeera, Hamas chose to finish up the “Jund” as a maneuver to lure the West in general – Great Britain and the United States in particular – into “engaging” the organization, lifting its name from terror lists and adding it to the peace process between the Palestinians and Israel. Hamas spokespersons rushed to use one term that resonates greatly in Western ears, especially with the Obama Administration and the Brown Government: “We too are fighting the extremists, the terrorists as you are fighting them and pursuing al Qaeda,” declared Hamas English speaking communicators, hours after the combat was over. Analysts in the Arab world, shrewd enough to detect the Hamas tactical move, weren’t greedy in revealing their game: crushing an “al Qaeda” like group in Gaza would grant an immediate license to the mainstream for Hamas. One must expect sympathizing journalists, apologist academics and (soon enough) diplomats and envoys citing the “glorious” deeds of Hamas as evidence of fight “against terrorism.” Some savvier analysts believe many “engagement” architects in Europe and America have even suggested such a move to break the veto against Hamas.

Interestingly, the U.S. narrative lately has been underlining that there is no war against “Global Jihadsim” but only a “war against al Qaeda.” So those in the business of Jihad, including Hamas, Hezbollah and a plethora of other groups, can make their credential known to the West by slapping some local, little al Qaeda boys, and claiming a green card to the world of “accepted Jihadists.” Two summers ago, the Syrian regime and to an extent, Hezbollah, tried to come up with a similar model: Damascus released a copycat group in northern Lebanon, Fatah al Islam, before they claimed they beheaded the organization few months later, suggesting to Washington that Bashar can also kill al Qaeda crowds.
-Any American official, intelligence analyst or military officer that has not read the koran for themselves and measured its guidance against our American concept of respect, tolerance and fairness should be relieved for cause. If they did not take the time in the last eight years to learn about the evil ideology guiding our enemies then they are worthless. If one of you read this and disagree with my assessment, read the koran and we will discuss it. (more…)

Obama has been Officially Warned: Terrorist Group Hamas will Get that $900 Million in U.S. Aid

24 July, 2009

So, now that Obama has been officially warned, let’s see what he does.  My money is on Obama ignoring the report and shelling out that $900 million (of YOUR tax dollars) to the terrorists.  Yup, you don’t have to be Sun Tzu to realize that it is a real bad idea to pay the enemy to destroy your allies so that they (your enemies) can more fully focus their attention on you:

‘Hamas may get claws into Gaza aid’

Increasingly concerned that Hamas will steal money donated for Gaza’s rehabilitation, the Defense Ministry distributed a document this week revealing that unions affiliated with the terrorist group have set up joint committees with UN agencies that dispense humanitarian aid.

The document was distributed to the Foreign Ministry, Finance Ministry and the Israeli intelligence community, and was also sent to the United States to warn it that the $900 million it has pledged to help rebuild the Gaza Strip could fall into Hamas hands.

“All humanitarian aid sent into the Gaza Strip today needs to receive Hamas clearance,” a senior defense official told The Jerusalem Post on Thursday. “Hamas uses violence against international organizations, including UNRWA, if they do not cooperate.”

Hamas recently published an ad in a Palestinian newspaper warning that “whoever does not follow its orders will be forced to leave Gaza.”

The internal Defense Ministry document revealed that on July 12, a meeting was held between UNRWA, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Hamas officials who are in charge of the contractors and engineer unions in the Gaza Strip.

The objective was to establish a mechanism which will be responsible for distributing the billions of dollars pledged for the rehabilitation of the Strip by the US and European and Arab countries.

So far, Hamas has taken control of millions of dollars transferred monthly by Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Salaam Fayad to the UNDP and designated for Gazans whose homes were destroyed during Operation Cast Lead last winter.

At the meeting, Hamas officials told the UN representatives they wanted to be able to draw up the list of people who would receive the money, according to the Defense Ministry document. The sides decided to set up joint committees and to continue to meet in the future.

“This is an indication to us that there is no effective mechanism that can be established that will bypass Hamas and ensure the money goes straight to the Palestinian people,” the senior defense official said.
