Janet Nappylatino Says Terrorist Threat is at its Most Heightened Level Since 9/11/01

Gee, ten years later and billions of dollars pumped into beefing up security and, according to Janet Nappylatino, we are still at the same threat level as we were on 9/11.

Why is that, I wonder?

Could it be because our government has fatuously decided that Islam is not responsible for the attacks on 9/11?

Could it be because Homeland Security has decided that Americans with anti-abortion bumper stickers on their cars and gadsden flags in their windows are more of a threat to America than Islam and, therefore, have taken their eyes off the ball?

Yup, that just might be the problem right there:

U.S. terror threat at highest since 9/11: Napolitano

(Reuters) – Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano on Wednesday warned that the threat of terrorism against the United States was in some aspects “at its most heightened state” since the September 11, 2001 attacks.

In addition to the threats by al Qaeda, the militant group behind the attacks nearly a decade ago, Napolitano said the country faces new threats from those inspired by the group and those already inside the United States.

“The terrorist threat facing our country has evolved significantly in the last ten years — and continues to evolve — so that, in some ways, the threat facing us is at its most heightened state since those attacks,” Napolitano said in testimony to the House of Representatives Homeland Security Committee.

She also said that U.S. officials believed there may be individuals who want to carry out attacks already in the country and that “they could carry out acts of violence with little or no warning.”

We the enlightened few have known these facts all along as to the dangers of fanatical Islamist terrorism, and it’s sick and demented goal of establishing a world wide Caliphate under tyrannical Sharia law. We even know who the real enemies are not afraid to name them. In our conversations we are not PC and we even use the dreaded ‘M’,’I’, and ‘T’ words. This and past administrations IMHO are still not serious when it comes to the threat of radical Islam. They are mired in a swamp of Political Correctness, apologist mindset, pandering to the liberals, and the so-called Muslim special interest groups. Many of whom are staffed with a cadre of very questionable individuals.

I believe Sir, the problem is a bull dike knows nothing about security. It is very likely she is placed in that position to keep illegal aliens, and moon god worshipers flowing into these United States.

    Oh, gee, ya think?!

You mean like Hassan…. oh wait, they had intelligence on him, but ignored it.

Maybe you mean like the AZ rep shooter… hang on there, the sheriff’s dept had already been in touch with him.

Or is she referring to all those nasty Tea party folks who could rise up and ask uncomfortable questions in a public meeting?!

What muslims did on 9-11 was bad, what our own people have done to our country since 9-11 is much much worse.
