The 90-year-old told the story of his first night with the bride. He said she entered the bedroom before him, and she locked the door from inside so he could not enter. This, he said, made him “suspicious about some kind of conspiracy” by the girl and her mother.
He vowed to sue his in-laws to give him back the girl or return him the expensive dowry.
Close friends of the bride’s family said she was frightened on the wedding night, and locked herself in the room for two successive days before fleeing back to her parents’ home.

Indeed, this topic is highly controversial, and many Muslima scholars declared there are couple of novels that said she was 20 when she got married with the prophet.

First of all, you should really know whatare you talking about… and let me explain to you why did he marry her at such an age.. Some girls are matured when they are 9 years old depending on the climate and her body… So each marriage Prophet Mohammad did was for a reason, and they used to live in a really hot climate, which means she was mature.. and Prophet Mohammad didnt marry any other women at such an age…. To let you know that Mohammad once married a lady,whom she was a widdow,and had know one to take care of her and her children..god told him to marry beacause she need a man to protect her…And as i was saying his mariages were always for a reason, he married this women to protect her and make her live, also his first marriage was from Khadija, he married her to show that marriage was never about having fun. See , let me tell you another thing… NOW … you are going to to tell me that never in your WHOLE LIFE a christian married a child…Or is it because they are muslims so it ios wrong but when a christian does it is fully okay…

For starters ‘peace’…
Underage marriage is a doctrinal / cultural issue in islam and it is illegal in many Western countries.
There is no doctrine in Christianity that allows for underage marriage. And no it would not be ok if a Christian did such a thing because most young girls in the West are not prepared physically or mentally for marriage until they are 18 – 25 years old.
The problem is that even if Muhammad did marry children or older women to ‘protect’ them as you moslems call it. It doesn’t make it right or safe for those under 18.
I have already done my studies on this issue and it seems to me that moslems are mimicking a dead mans ancient activities and not using much intelligence to avoid trouble either in the West or the Middles east.
