Recently, I was shocked to discover that even my own mother, who lost her father in World War II, is starting to believe the media hype on our supposed loss of the fight in Iraq. The Liberal Media has gleefully named this condition, “War Fatigue,” implying that Americans are tired of the war in Iraq, while absolving themselves of the crime of continuously broadcasting anti-American propaganda from the war zone.
Al-Qaeda, Sunni’s, and Shiite insurgents have never won a single major battle in Iraq. They rely on America’s Liberal media to slowly wear down the support and resolve of the American people. We have heard their cries of, “it’s a quagmire,” since the earliest days of our blitzkreig-ish incursion into the heart of Iraq to liberate its people.
Yet, despite the naysayer’s constant barrage of insults and bad press, at home and abroad, our troops have performed magnificently – even with their hands tied by incredibly naive policy makers in Washington D.C. They have consistently performed above and beyond what has been asked of them by our Military Commanders.
If we are to lose this war in Iraq, it will not be because of our military. Nor, will it be because of people like Nancy Pelosi and her ilk. It will be because we the people of the United States of America have been brainwashed by the Liberal media and have actually begun to believe the lies coming from the Islamonazi propaganda machine. And, in a Democracy, that is an evil thing, indeed…
For those of you who have a case of war fatigue, I present the following article by Dennis Prager:
U.S., Israel Haven’t ‘Lost’ Anything

America has “lost” the war in Iraq primarily because most people believe it has. And most people believe it has because the news media have said so.
If this sounds bizarre, consider this: Why is it widely believed that Israel lost its 2006 war against Hezbollah in Lebanon? The answer is essentially the same – people believe it because the media said so. In fact, there is no rational case for arguing that Israel lost its war against Hezbollah.
I have believed that Israel won, or at least that Hezbollah lost, since the end of the war in 2006. I was convinced of this by Michael Young, the opinion editor of the Lebanese newspaper the Daily Star. In an interview on my radio talk show, he made the compelling case that Hezbollah had lost.
