Happy Year Zero. 2012, (the former name) is our last chance to save what freedoms are left in the USA and for each of us to decide-freedom or slavery, rights over comfort, stand fast or cave. This is the year that determines if America will remain a symbol of freedom or morph into a symbol of oppression.

I have a few bets with my military and law enforcement friends that the 2012 elections will never happen. Or they will happen but massive voter fraud will make them meaningless. In order to understand why I feel that way you must first take a quick look back at all the drama, corruption and attacks that our nation has endured under the current regime: The non stimulating stimulus, High unemployment, Inflation, Control of the media, Bailouts, Scandals, Fast and Furious, Control of the occupy movement, Ignorance of the threat posed by hard line Muslims in the USA including ignoring their stated reasons to attack fellow Americans, Connections to Arab uprisings over old allies, Support for Islamic supremacy organizations inside the USA, Global warming pushed with no scientific backers or evidence, Support to U.N. programs to build global controls over, firearms, media, limit freedom of speech and religion, Support for unions over workers, Failures of foreign policy, Green jobs, Missing bailout money, Questionable birth certificates, Agenda driven Judges, Homosexual rights over the majority vote, senior officials dismissing the constitution over their own agendas.

I will admit that was a shortlist and I could have written pages to support each of those and more. What is more important is the pattern. Each of those categories works within the system to bring us to our knees.

History has proven that governments with absolute power absolutely protect that power while craving even more. I simply see parallels with other historical regimes that chose a crack down on dissenters over a peaceful transition of power. I expect our current regime to do no less than crack down on dissenters. I would be shocked but happy to be wrong on this but I am predicting that some yet to be named national disaster will suddenly appear and force the USA to “postpone” the 2012 election. Why? Because Obama cannot win and I do not think that he will just walk away. Our ruling elite might be corrupt and incompetent but they are not stupid, they understand the people are starting to scrutinize their actions and they do not like what they see. Not only is our president worried but so are the rest of our loving leaders, the congress and possibly most activist judges should all be refreshing their resumes. With elections comes an out with the old and in with the new hope for the future. That is not a future our leadership wants to see.

The top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee said Thursday that the Obama administration is fueling speculation about Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan’s impartiality because it won’t turn over documents detailing her role in crafting the legal strategy to defend the health care law while she was serving in the administration.

Rep. Lamar Smith, the committee chairman, told Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. that emails show Justice Kagan took an interest in the case in January 2010, when she was solicitor general, and he demanded to know what role she played between then and March 2010, when Mr. Obama tapped her to sit on the high court.

“The issue is, how involved was she in health care discussions between Jan. 8 and March 5? Just as President Nixon had an 18½-minute gap, does Ms. Kagan have a two-month gap?” Mr. Smith, Texas Republican, said.

Conservative groups have called for Justice Kagan to recuse herself from ruling on the case challenging the constitutionality of Mr. Obama’s health care law, which the Supreme Court last month said it will consider next year.

Mr. Smith has requested a fuller explanation of Justice Kagan’s role. He said the Justice Department had denied his request but never cited any legal privilege to withhold information.

Illegal Students Scrambling to Stay

No doubt, that there are many more sham schools like this one set up to bypass our immigration laws. If you know anyone that hires employees, send them this story and ask them to check every foreign-born applicant’s alma mater.

Sources tell Fox News perhaps as many as 1,000 Tri-Valley University students are scrambling to find a legal visa and avoid deportation.

About 150 students showed up to take advantage of free legal aid that was being offered by the South Asian Bar Association. The weekend event was organized by the Indian Consulate in San Francisco.
-The tax paying citizens in California should be protesting in front of that consulate. Each student is a criminal, an illegal and should be sent home. If the Indian government cannot honor US law the consulate should be closed and its officials deported.

Immigration officials have indicated they may let some students stay in the U.S., but it is not expected to be a general amnesty. ICE officials say students will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
-WTF? Why? There are millions of honest and hard working people the world over that are willing to enter the US and replace these leaches.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Embassy in India confirms some of the former university students have been ordered to wear ankle bracelets so the government can track their movements.

Federal prosecutors say the “school” was a scheme to defraud the government and provide bogus immigration status for foreigners.

Officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) say every year, they bust hundreds of schools that served as fronts for illegal immigration operations, leaving thousands of foreign nationals who’ve paid tuition in exchange for a student visa in the lurch, while the head of the “school” often winds up forfeiting property, or, behind bars.
-Not our problem, send them home. If they were too stupid to understand that students attend class, write papers and attempt to learn then they deserve to be cheated and then deported.

Muslims here is your chance

Now that the old regimes are starting to tumble do not let the old clerics decide your fate. Tunisia and now Egypt. More will follow; the islamic world is full of young able bodied men working for peanuts while rich rulers and clerics lord over you. Drop them and drop the shackles of islam.

For almost 1400 years, you have been slaves to a seventh century pedophile. Your nations are poor and your people enslaved. Break free while you can.

Do not dump corrupt politicians for old imams, set your own course and join the rest of the world in the 21st century.

You are young, able and with a little work, you can be free. .

You do not want to answer to rich, corrupt rulers and we understand our own politicians are just as corrupt; ours just sound better on TV.

Your ruling families have robbed and raped your nations long enough and should go, all of them. Do not replace them just to follow the fools in the muslim brotherhood and other jihadi prone organizations, dump them all and rule your selves, not with fear but with freedom and fairness.

Hillary Clinton says ‘vise’ of intolerant governments is crushing global activists

This administration once again shows hypocrisy. Nothing it has done was meant to protect the rights of Americans much less activists. At one time America did stand for individual rights and freedoms but not now. I do not know how hillery could even give such a speech and hold a straight face.

KRAKOW, Poland — Intolerant governments across the globe are “slowly crushing” activist and advocacy groups that play an essential role in the development of democracy, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Saturday.
-Maybe she should be complaining that democracy in the USA is slowly slipping away. Nah, she wants it too.

She cited a broad range of countries where “the walls are closing in” on civic organizations such as unions, religious groups, rights advocates and other nongovernmental organizations that press for social change and shine a light on governments’ shortcomings.

Among those she named were Zimbabwe, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Cuba, Egypt, Iran, Venezuela, China and Russia.
-Am I missing something, are any of those places, failing to control their borders, slowly changing their own history with corrupted textbooks and spending their nations treasure to enrich themselves?

“Some of the countries engaging in these behaviors still claim to be democracies,” Clinton said at an international conference on the promotion of democracy and human rights. “Democracies don’t fear their own people. They recognize that citizens must be free to come together, to advocate and agitate.”
-I really do not understand how that woman can face herself in a mirror. She is a disgrace and a traitor to her own people and yet is so self-rightous that she gives advice to others.

Before an audience of several hundred senior government officials, Clinton recalled Winston Churchill’s warning 60 years ago at Fulton, Mo., that an iron curtain was descending across Europe. She noted that with the collapse of the Soviet Union, that curtain no longer remains.

“But we must be wary of the steel vise in which governments around the world are slowly crushing civil society and the human spirit,” she said. Social activists, Clinton said, are being harassed, censored, cut off from funding, arrested, prosecuted or killed.

President Barack Obama, in a statement released in Washington, said the United States is particularly concerned about “the spread of restrictions on civil society, the growing use of law to curb rather than enhance freedom and widespread corruption that is undermining the faith of citizens in their governments.”
-That is rich coming from him. If there is a hell, he will be awarded a mansion in it. He is about as pro democracy and rights as Stalin. I am stopping without reading the rest. Watching the people destroying America while lecturing others for doing the same thing to their own countries is too much.

Hot on the heels of my recent scoop that the U.S. space agency may have suppressed evidence from the Apollo Moon landings that invalidated the greenhouse gas (GHG) theory, an internecine fury among NASA employees over fudged equations is set to further embarrass the current U.S. Administration’s stand on global warming.

Word is getting round that junk equations were threaded into the GHG theory to artificially inflate the heating effect of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere by a factor of two.

The spark to this cataclysmic revelation was lit in April 2007 after a public gaffe (see below) by the space administration’s Dr. Gavin Schmidt, who fronts popular pro-global warming website, ‘Real Climate.’

‘Moon Paper’ Exposes Climate Theory Fraud

What ignited this latest Climategate-linked rumpus is a sensational new research paper, ‘A Greenhouse Effect on the Moon?’  otherwise called the ‘Moon Paper.’

Researchers for the paper scientifically proved that since at least 1997 climate scientists knew that guesswork was underpinning the whole greenhouse gas theory. In fact, so flaky are these numbers that they can be rendered to show a GHG effect on Earth’s moon, where no greenhouse gases exist! Thus, skeptics argue, the burning embers of political heat generated by the discredited theory should now finally and unequivocally be extinguished.

But more sinisterly, it turns out that NASA climate scientists, with access to better climate equations used for the Apollo Moon mission, forsook those in favor of dodgy Dr. Schmidt’s ‘back of an envelope’ numbers.

With nothing short of religious fervour, government-funded climatologists, in cahoots with the IPCC, trumpeted this flim-flam to political leaders who now claim they can limit global warming to ‘two degrees’ on the back of green cap and trade energy taxes. Priceless!

These deceitful calls are coming from 202-461-3441, a Washington, DC number.  The phone company says this is a company called SOOH.  Pro-lifers are not the only victims of this scam.  Our MCFL sleuths have found that this same number is calling people across the state claiming to be different groups with different messages – all anti-Brown!
